A control device for a vehicle configured to travel in a one-pedal mode in which driving and braking are controlled in response to operations on only an accelerator pedal is configured to control a braking force of the vehicle by using deceleration maps in which decelerations in a plurality of traveling directions are set for any points based on traveling history data, and calculate, during traveling in the one-pedal mode, a deceleration level based on deceleration information associated with a current traveling direction and a current position of the vehicle among pieces of deceleration information included in the deceleration maps.

Control device for vehicle and vehicle control system

A battery cooler comprises a refrigerant filling chamber, a refrigerant inflow passage, and a refrigerant outflow passage. The refrigerant filling chamber is sandwiched between opposed battery unit cells and is arranged at a position for receiving heat of the unit cells. The refrigerant inflow passage is connected to a lower portion of the refrigerant filling chamber. The refrigerant outflow passage is connected to an upper portion of the refrigerant filling chamber. The refrigerant filling chamber has at least one joint part joining partially and mutually opposed wall surfaces so as to suppress expansion and deformation of these surfaces caused by the pressure of the refrigerant. An outflow side wall surface rises from a bottom surface of the refrigerant filling chamber toward a connection part of the refrigerant outflow passage. The outflow side wall surface is provided with an inclined surface directed downward from a horizontal direction.

The driving apparatus comprising a first motor, a first gear mechanism having a first input shaft and a first output shaft connected to the first motor, a second motor, and a second gear mechanism having a second input shaft and a second output shaft connected to the second motor. A thermal management system to cool one or more battery packs of a battery system may include a heat pipe arrangement that includes a plurality of heat pipes, having a planar configuration, in thermal contact with the one or more battery packs to draw heat therefrom, and a heat sink arrangement that includes a plurality of heat sinks, in thermal contact with two or more edges of the heat pipe arrangement, to dissipate heat away from the heat pipe arrangement.

An electricity storage device includes an electricity storage module and a cooling device disposed adjacent to the electricity storage module. The cooling device includes a first cooling layer that is adjacent to the electricity storage module and a second cooling layer that is located on the opposite side of the first cooling layer from the electricity storage module. In the first cooling layer, a plurality of first cooling channels that is disposed at intervals in an array direction and first walls that are located between the first cooling channels are formed. In the second cooling layer, a plurality of second cooling channels that is disposed at intervals in the array direction and second walls that are located between the second cooling channels are formed. At least some of the first walls are disposed so as to be offset from the second walls.

A differential device includes a differential case () that has a flange portion () and a differential ring gear () that has a tooth portion, a fixed and supported portion (), and a coupling portion. The differential case () has a first abutting surface () and a restricting portion (). The differential ring gear () has a second abutting surface () and an abutting portion (). Differential device

A battery pack installing a floor of a vehicle includes one or more battery cells, a battery pack case in which the one or more battery cells are disposed, and a cushioning member arranged to be sandwiched between the one or more battery cells and the floor or between the one or more battery cells and the battery pack case, by fixing the battery pack case to the floor. Then, the first cushioning member may be configured such that a first area farther from suspension mounts is configured to a first elastic modulus, and the second area closer to the suspension mounts than the first area is configured to a second elastic modulus lower than the first elastic modulus.

Mounting structure for battery pack in vehicle

A braking control device of a vehicle in which a braking force generator is connected to a differential mechanism to which a plurality of wheels is connected, and a friction brake is provided for each of the wheels includes a controller configured to control braking forces of the braking force generator and the friction brake. The controller is configured to: detect the wheel having a tendency of locking in which a slip ratio is larger than a predetermined determination value in a state where the braking force is transmitted to each of the wheels from the braking force generator via the differential mechanism; and reduce the tendency of locking by changing the braking force of the friction brake that is provided for the other wheel connected to the differential mechanism.

Braking control device

A first abutting surface, a first welding surface, a first facing surface are formed in a differential case. A second abutting surface, a second welding surface, and a second facing surface are formed in a differential ring gear. In an installing step, the first abutting surface and the second abutting surface are inserted, positions of the differential case and the differential ring gear are determined in an axial direction, a separation portion that spaces the first welding surface and the second welding surface away from each other and that has a non-linear portion is formed, and a void is formed between the first facing surface and the second facing surface. In a welding step, a laser is irradiated to the separation portion and the first welding surface and the second welding surface are welded.

Manufacturing method of differential device

A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power elements which store or generate power includes a bus bar connecting the power elements to each other or connecting the power element and a load to each other, an abnormality detection element detecting an abnormality of the power element, and an insulating protector holding the bus bar and the abnormality detection element. The insulating protector is integrally provided with a first holding shaft portion and a second holding shaft portion which position and hold the bus bar by fitting the bus bar there onto, and an element holding portion which position and hold the abnormality detection element by fitting the abnormality detection element there into.

Wiring module

A sensor unit disclosed herein is a temperature sensor unit to be attached to an energy storage device. The temperature sensor unit includes an FPC to be positioned on an energy storage device body, a temperature sensor connected to a detection line of the FPC, a housing disposed on the FPC and covering the temperature sensor, and a biasing member elastically and deformably held in the housing and configured to bias the lower housing of the housing toward the energy storage device body by elastic restoring force to bring the temperature sensor into contact with the energy storage device body with the FPC therebetween.

Sensor unit and energy storage module

A sensor mounting structure includes an insulator and a temperature sensor. The insulator is attached to a wall of a case of an electric storage component to hold an electrode terminal projecting from the case and insulating the electrode terminal from the case. The temperature sensor includes a temperature sensing portion, a locking portion, and a spring portion. The temperature sensing portion holds a temperature sensing component and includes a temperature sensing surface that contacts the wall of the case. The locking portion is locked to the insulator. The spring portion presses the temperature sensing portion to hold the temperature sensing surface in close contact with the wall of the case.

A battery cooling system includes a cooling water circulation circuit for circulating cooling water for cooling the battery, a first heat exchanger for exchanging heat between air and cooling water, a second heat exchanger for exchanging heat between the low-pressure refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle circuit and cooling water, and an ion exchanger for removing impurity ions contained in the cooling water. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are arranged in series in the cooling water circulation circuit. The ion exchanger is disposed on the downstream side of the second heat exchanger in the cooling water circulation circuit.

A power storage unit includes an end surface located at one end of the power storage unit in a direction, an end surface located at the other end of the power storage unit in the direction, a side surface connecting the end surface and the end surface, and a side surface located opposite to the side surface. A terminal and a terminal are provided on a side surface side and are connected to an apparatus arranged on the side surface side, and the wire extends in a direction from the side surface toward the side surface and is connected to an apparatus provided on a side surface side.
