A circuit device includes a regulator, a charge pump circuit, an overvoltage detection circuit, and a control circuit. The regulator regulates a power supply voltage. The charge pump circuit outputs, a gate control voltage, to a gate node of an N-type transistor provided between a power supply node and a load, based on a regulated voltage. The overvoltage detection circuit detects an overvoltage of the regulated voltage. The control circuit controls to stop the charge pump circuit when the overvoltage is detected by the overvoltage detection circuit.

Circuit device

A motor driving circuit includes a stepping motor driving circuit that controls driving of a stepping motor, a DC motor driving circuit that controls driving of a DC motor, and a control circuit that controls the stepping motor driving circuit and the DC motor driving circuit. The control circuit, upon accepting a driving instruction for driving the stepping motor in the middle of the DC motor driving circuit performing driving of the DC motor, stops driving of the DC motor by the DC motor driving circuit, and starts driving of the stepping motor by the stepping motor driving circuit.

Motor driving circuit, integrated circuit device, electronic apparatus, and motor control method

A circuit device includes a pulse signal output circuit and a driving circuit. The pulse signal output circuit, when a detection voltage has decreased below a reference voltage, changes a pulse signal to an active level at which a switching element is turned on. The pulse signal output circuit, after the detection voltage has decreased below the reference voltage, performs monitoring as to whether or not the detection voltage has exceeded the reference voltage, and upon detecting that the detection voltage has exceeded the reference voltage, changes the pulse signal to an inactive level at which the switching element is turned off. The driving circuit outputs a driving signal based on the pulse signal to the switching element.

Pulse width modulation circuit

A motor driving circuit includes a first motor driving circuit that controls driving of a first motor is disposed, a second motor driving circuit that controls driving of a second motor is disposed, and a constant current generation circuit that generates a constant current is disposed, and the constant current generation circuit is disposed at a position deviating from between the first motor driving circuit and the second motor driving circuit.
