A microphone device includes a case that has a circuit board therein; a microphone capsule that is apart from the case and has a plurality of sound collecting parts arranged on a surface of a sphere at predetermined intervals; pillars that support the microphone capsule and couple the first end face of the case and the microphone capsule; pillars that support the microphone capsule, and a protrusion part that is placed between the pillars and protrudes from the first end face toward the microphone capsule. The protrusion part is formed such that its diameter becomes smaller from a root coupled to the first end face toward a tip.

A sound collecting device includes a microphone array having unit holders each of which a microphone unit is attached to. Connection of connecting portions formed on the holders to each other causes a directional axis of each microphone unit to be directed outward from a face of a regular polyhedron. The sound collecting devices further includes a frame disposed outside the microphone array so as to surround the microphone array and an even number of ring-shaped elastic bodies that connect a part of the frame and the connected holders at a plurality of positions such that the microphone array is positioned at a central portion of the frame, wherein a half of the even number of elastic bodies are connected twistedly in one direction from the frame toward the microphone array, and another half elastic bodies are connected twistedly in an opposite direction.

A microphone device includes a microphone unit that outputs an electrical signal upon receipt of a sound wave, a microphone case that supports the microphone unit in its inside with cushioning members formed of an elastic material (rubber material), and a microphone cable that supplies the electrical signal from the microphone unit to an output connector attached to the microphone case. A part of the microphone cable is attached in a state of meandering back and forth once or more between one surface and the other surface of the rear cushioning member formed in a flat manner. This configuration allows to suppress transmission of vibration through the microphone cable connected to the microphone unit and prevent generation of vibration noise due to free vibration of the microphone cable.

In a unidirectional microphone unit, stable frequency characteristics can be obtained, and manufacturing cost is reduced while preventing increasing of an external size. A microphone cap that covers a microphone element is included, and the microphone cap includes a porous ring member arranged in the front of the microphone element to form a first communication space communicating with a front acoustic hole in a center side, and a cylindrical member supporting a peripheral edge portion of the ring member and surrounding a periphery side of the microphone element, and forming a second communication space communicating with a rear acoustic hole in the periphery side of the microphone element, and the first communication space and the second communication space are communicated through the ring member.
