A vehicle drive system includes a slip acquisition unit that acquires occurrence of excessive slip, an addition slip point calculating unit that calculates addition slip points in a time-discrete manner, based on having acquired that the excessive slip has occurred, a cumulative slip point calculating unit that accumulates the addition slip points and calculates a cumulative slip point over time, a drive state switching unit that switches between 2WD and AWD based on cumulative slip points and a drive state switching threshold value, and a cumulative slip point resetting unit triggered by a lateral acceleration correlation value of the vehicle reaching a lateral acceleration threshold value or higher, or a drive force correlation value of the drive wheels reaching a drive force correlation threshold value or higher, to reset the cumulative slip point to a value smaller than the drive state switching threshold value.

Vehicle drive system

A fuel shutoff valve is attached to the upper portion of a fuel tank and shuts off the communication between the inside of the fuel tank and a canister by opening and closing a vapor passage for communicating between the fuel tank and the canister. The fuel shutoff valve is configured with a first valve mechanism having a coil disposed on the inner periphery of a cylindrical valve chamber and a movable core, which enables to communicate between the fuel tank and the canister by lowering the level of the movable core, and a second valve mechanism which enables to communicate between the fuel tank and the outside thereof by shifting the level of the valve body which is disposed inside the movable core due to the pressure from the inside of the fuel tank or the outside thereof.

Fuel shutoff valve

A driving system includes: a motor; a power transmission device; a motor controller; an application force controller; and an application force acquiring device. When the motor controller receives a request for generation of power in such a state that the motor generates no power, the motor controller controls to permit and/or prohibit the generation of power of the motor based on the current application force and a necessary application force which is an application force of the power transmission device that is needed to transmit a maximum generation power of the motor in a current rotating state quantity which is a rotating state quantity that the motor is currently having.

Driving system

A connector includes a resin-made connector body and a pressure sensor. The connector body includes a first main tubular part that is connected to a first pipe, a second main tubular part that is connected to a second pipe, and a sensor mounting part. The first main tubular part and the second main tubular part connect with each other to form an angle. The sensor mounting part includes: a tubular intake part that is formed in line with a line extending from one of the first main tubular part and the second main tubular part and has a bottom face; and a sensor mounting seat that is capable of being mounted with the pressure sensor and communicates with a peripheral-surface opening of the tubular intake part.

A rear wheel driving device includes first and second electric motors, a wet multi-plate type hydraulic brake provided on motive power transmission paths between the first and second electric motors and rear wheels Wr and causing the drive source side and the wheel side to become disconnected state or connected state by being released or fastened, and a control device that controls switching between the disconnected state and the connected state of the hydraulic brake and controls a vehicle speed. The rear wheel driving device further includes a viscosity acquisition unit that acquires a viscosity correlation amount of oil provided to cool plates of the wet multi-plate type hydraulic brake, and the control device fastens the hydraulic brake or maintains fastening thereof and controls the vehicle speed to lower than a first speed in a case where the viscosity correlation amount is a first prescribed value or higher.

Driving device

A slip determination system for a vehicle, which is capable of improving the determination accuracy by avoiding erroneous determination of excessive slip of wheels when a state of the wheels, driven/braked by motors, is switched. In the slip determination system according to the present invention, when first and second motor rotational speeds NMOT1 and NMOT2, which are rotational speeds of rear motors which brake/drive rear wheels WRL and WRR, reach a reference rotational speed NMREF set based on wheel rotational speeds NWFL, NWFR, NWRL, and NWRR, it is determined that excessive slip has occurred in the rear wheels WRL and WRR. When the sign of a target torque TROBJ of the rear motors is inverted, the reference rotational speed NMREF is changed to a value more difficult to be reached by the first and second motor rotational speeds NMOT1 and NMOT2, or the excessive slip determination is inhibited.

Slip determination system for vehicle

Provided is a driving force control device for a four-wheel-drive vehicle that can evade an occurrence of excessive understeer and oversteer in situations unintended by the driver, by appropriately controlling driving forces to be distributed to sub-drive wheels. The driving force distribution device of the four-wheeled vehicle controls driving force to be distributed to the rear wheels (Wr, Wr) by the clutch () for front-and-rear torque distribution so that the wheels (Wf, Wf) are main drive wheels and the rear wheels (Wr, Wr) are sub-drive wheels. The driving force distribution device is adapted to perform control to restrict the upper limit of the four-wheel drive torque based upon an estimated driving force and steering angle of the vehicle, when calculating four-wheel drive torque to be distributed to the rear wheels (Wr, Wr) by the driving force distribution device ().

Driving force control device for four-wheel-drive vehicle

Provided is a vehicle provided with left and right electric motors electrically connected to a battery and mechanically connected respectively to left and right vehicle wheels, a power generator mechanically connected to an internal combustion engine being electrically connected to the battery, wherein the battery is reliably protected during traction control and at other such times. Two electric motors, specifically first and second electric motors, are temporarily handled integrally to determine a torque down amount (TD), which is the total allowable power variation width (&#x3b1;) of the two electric motors, on the basis of left and right total power (Y), and the respective motive powers of the first and second electric motors are controlled while being limited by values obtained by simply dividing the determined torque down amount (TD) equally, whereby the allowable input/output power (allowable input power (Z)) of the battery is reliably protected.

Vehicle

A driving force control device for a four-wheel-drive vehicle performs, by controlling the driving force that is allocated to the rear wheels by a front and rear torque allocation clutch that is arranged between a propeller shaft and a rear diff, the control of setting front wheels as primary drive wheels and rear wheels as auxiliary drive wheels. A control is performed to disable the allocation of driving force to the rear wheels by disengaging the front and rear torque allocation clutch, when the state that the difference in wheel speed between the left and right rear wheels is equal to or more than 80 km continues for 0.1 sec or longer in the state that the vehicle body speed is equal to or less than 120 km.

A torque distribution control apparatus for a four-wheel drive vehicle includes a vehicle-speed detector configured to detect a vehicle speed of the vehicle. A wheel-speed detector is configured to detect wheel speeds of main driving wheels and sub-driving wheels of the vehicle. A sub-driving-wheel distribution-torque calculator is configured to calculate a sub-driving-wheel distribution torque in accordance with a rotation speed difference between the main driving wheels and the sub-driving wheels calculated based on an output from the wheel-speed detector. A torque limiter is configured to limit an upper limit of the sub-driving-wheel distribution torque. A controller is configured to control the sub-driving-wheel distribution torque to be transmitted to the right and left sub-driving wheels by right and left torque distribution clutches in accordance with a driving state of the vehicle.

A torque distribution control apparatus for a four-wheel drive vehicle includes a torque distribution controller configured to control a sub-driving-wheel distribution torque to be transmitted to right and left sub-driving wheels via right and left torque distribution clutches in accordance with a target distribution torque. A driving-torque calculator is configured to calculate a driving torque output from a driving source. A target-distribution-torque calculator is configured to calculate the target distribution torque to be distributed to the sub-driving wheels in accordance with the driving torque. A target-distribution-torque correction device is configured to correct the target distribution torque to increase when the target distribution torque is lower than or equal to a first threshold value and an increase rate of the target distribution torque is higher than or equal to a second threshold value.
