The present invention provides a fluorine-containing curable resin that can impart high stain resistant properties to the surface of a cured coating film and can exhibit high stain resistant properties even when curing is performed in an air atmosphere (in the presence of oxygen). It is also an object to provide an active-energy-ray-curable composition that uses the fluorine-containing curable resin and can exhibit high stain resistant properties even when curing is performed in an air atmosphere and a cured product of the active-energy-ray-curable composition.
