A cooling device includes a heat receiver that receives heat of an electronic component via a coolant, a heat discharger that discharges heat of the coolant from the heat receiver, and a circulation flow path through which the coolant flows from the heat receiver to the heat discharger and the coolant flows from the heat discharger to the heat receiver. The heat receiver is provided with an attachment surface to which a plurality of the electronic components are attached, a first flow path that communicates with the circulation flow path, and a plurality of surface area increasing members that communicate with the first flow path and that are provided on a rear surface of the attachment surface corresponding to the plurality of electronic components.

Cooling device

A front housing configuring a scroll compressor is provided in its shaft hole with a first bearing, and the front housing rotatably supports a rotation shaft. The first bearing includes a ball bearing having a plurality of balls. First and second seal rings and are provided between an outer ring fixed to the front housing and an inner ring which abuts against an outer peripheral surface of the rotation shaft. A first seal ring disposed on the side of one side surface of the outer ring is provided such that the first seal ring is in non-contact with the inner ring, and the second seal ring disposed on the side of the other side surface of the outer ring abuts against the inner ring.

Compressor

A scroll compressor, wherein a guide passage facing the supply passage of a fixed side substrate part is formed at the outer peripheral portion of a fixed scroll engaged with a movable scroll along the axial direction of the fixed scroll. A lubricating oil is stored in an oil storage tank surrounded by a set of weir walls formed along the guide passage and the movable side substrate part of the movable scroll facing a fixed side spiral wall. The movable side substrate part is radially displaced by the turning action of the movable scroll to supply the lubricating oil stored in the oil storage tank to the movable scroll side.
