A ventilation assembly of the present disclosure includes: an internal member being a tubular body having an opening at a first end portion and an opening at a second end portion; a gas-permeable membrane covering the opening at the first end portion of the internal member; and an external member being a tubular body having a bottom, the external member being joined to the internal member with the internal member inserted in the interior of the external member from the first end portion side, wherein the ventilation assembly is to be fixed to the projection of the housing with the projection inserted in the opening at the second end portion of the internal member to make an inner peripheral surface of the internal member and an outer peripheral surface of the projection abut each other, the ventilation assembly has a second space serving as a ventilation path connecting the gas-permeable membrane and the outside of the ventilation assembly in at least one selected from the inside of the internal member, the inside of the external member, and an interspace between the internal member and the external member joined together, and a total length of a height of the internal member and a shortest length in the second space from an outer periphery of the internal member at the first end portion to an end portion of the ventilation path on the outside side is 6.0 mm or more and 20 mm or less. The ventilation assembly of the present disclosure is excellent in moisture permeation performance.

Ventilation assembly and ventilation housing

A ventilation unit with: a ventilation body that allows gas to circulate between the outside and inside of a housing; a support member that supports the body attached to an opening portion formed in the housing; and a sealing member between the support member and the outer surface around the housing opening portion and seals a gap between the support member and the housing, wherein the unit performs ventilation between the outside and inside of the housing through the body while attached to the opening portion of the housing. The support member includes: an attachment portion to which the sealing member is attached; and a wall portion around the attachment portion, wherein, in a state where the support member is attached between the support member and the housing, a distance between the support member and an external surface in the support member wall portion is 5.0 mm or more.

Ventilation unit

A ventilation member of the present disclosure comprises: a support having a through hole that serves as an air passage between inside and outside of a housing upon attaching the support to an opening of the housing; and an air-permeable membrane disposed on the support and closing the through hole. The support comprises: a supporting portion in which the through hole is provided and at which the air-permeable membrane is disposed, and an insertion portion extending from the supporting portion and having an end with a hook, wherein the insertion portion bends in a direction closer to a central axis of the ventilation member while the hook is passing through the opening by being inserted into the opening, and fixes the ventilation member to the opening with the hook engaging the housing after passing through the opening. The ventilation member has a stopper portion with which bending of the insertion portion in the direction is restricted within an elastically deformable range of the insertion portion during the insertion into the opening. A ventilation member of the present disclosure can be reliably fixed to an opening of a housing with the insertion portion, even when the insertion portion is inserted into the opening at an angle.

Ventilation member

A ventilation component includes a valve body portion, a shaft portion, a ventilation path, and a gas-permeable membrane. The shaft portion extends in a normal direction of the valve body portion. The shaft portion supports the valve body portion. The ventilation path extends through the shaft portion. The gas-permeable membrane closes the ventilation path. In a state where the ventilation component is fixed to a housing, a flow of gas passing through a peripheral opening is blocked by the valve body portion, and ventilation occurs between an inner space and an external space via the gas-permeable membrane. When a pressure difference obtained by subtracting a pressure of the external space from a pressure of the inner space is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the valve body portion elastically deforms to be away from an outer surface to release the pressure of the inner space.

Ventilation component

In a first vertical field-effect transistor in which first source regions and first connectors each of which electrically connects a first body region and a first source electrode are alternately and periodically disposed in a first direction (Y direction) in which a first trench extends, a ratio of LS [&#x3bc;m] to LB [&#x3bc;m] is at least 1/7 and at most 1/3, where LS denotes a length of one of the first source regions in the first direction, and LB denotes a length of one of the first connectors in the first direction, and LB&#x2264;&#x2212;0.024&#xd7;(VGS)+0.633&#xd7;VGS&#x2212;0.721 is satisfied for a voltage VGS [V] of a specification value of a semiconductor device, the voltage VGS being applied to a first gate conductor with reference to an electric potential of the first source electrode.

Semiconductor device

A ventilation component () is to be attached to a housing () at a ventilation opening (). The ventilation component () includes a gas-permeable membrane (), a ventilation valve (), and a structural member (). The structural member () has an inner space (), and at least one of a first ventilation path () and a second ventilation paths (). The inner space () is a space accommodating the gas-permeable membrane () and/or the ventilation valve (). The first ventilation path () allows the inner space () to communicate with an external space of the ventilation component (). The first ventilation path () has a first inner opening () and a first outer opening (), and the first inner opening () faces the first outer opening (). The first inner opening () and the first outer opening () are present along a plane parallel to an outer surface () of the housing. The second ventilation path () has a second inner opening () and a second outer opening (), and the second inner opening () is present without facing the second outer opening ().

The ventilation unit includes: an explosion-proof valve that permits gas to flow from the inside of a housing to the outside of the housing when internal pressure within the housing is higher than external pressure outside the housing by a value larger than or equal to a predetermined value, and is capable of returning to block the flow of the gas from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing; and a ventilation membrane that permits gas to flow between the inside and the outside of the housing even when a pressure difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure is less than the predetermined value.

A ventilation component () includes a gas-permeable membrane (), a ventilation valve (), and a structural member (). The ventilation component () is to be attached to a housing () having a ventilation opening (). The ventilation valve () includes an elastic body, and is opened and closed by elastic deformation of the elastic body. The structural member () supports the gas-permeable membrane () and the ventilation valve (). In an attached state where the ventilation component () is attached to the housing (), ventilation between an inside of the housing () and an outside of the housing () is carried out via the gas-permeable membrane (), and the ventilation valve () is opened to discharge a gas inside the housingto the outside of the housingwhen a difference between a pressure inside the housing () and a pressure outside the housing () is equal to or higher than a predetermined value. The elastic body included in the ventilation valve () is formed of a rubber whose rate of change in breaking strength is 95% to 120%.

There is provided a flame-resistant composite member exhibiting remarkably high flame resistance even if having a flammable base material. The flame-resistant composite member according to the present invention has a film formed of a silicone resin composition (C) containing at least an inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin on at least one surface of a base material. The inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin may be a condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) including a crosslinked structural body wherein an inorganic oxide particle dispersed in a polysiloxane resin having a condensation-reactive group and the polysiloxane resin are crosslinked through a chemical bond. The silicone resin composition (C) may contain the condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) and an inorganic particle (B).

Flame-resistant composite member

The flame-retardant silicone resin composition of the present invention comprises: an inorganic oxide particle-containing condensation-reactive silicone resin (A) comprising a crosslinking structure in which inorganic oxide particles dispersed in a polysiloxane resin having a condensation-reactive group are crosslinked with the polysiloxane resin by chemical bonds; and inorganic particles (B). The inorganic oxide particles are preferably at least one type of inorganic oxide particles selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, glass frit, and antimony-doped tin oxide.
