A vehicle control apparatus includes an air flow sensor provided in an intake passage of an engine. The vehicle control apparatus includes a control system configured to read an output signal from the air flow sensor as first flow rate data. The control system is configured to calculate a coefficient of variation of the first flow rate data, and subject the first flow rate data to a smoothing process to calculate second flow rate data. The control system is configured to correct the second flow rate data based on the coefficient of variation, to calculate corrected flow rate data indicating the intake air flow rate in the intake passage.

An object of the invention is to acquire a high-quality image while maintaining an improvement in throughput of image acquisition (measurement (length measurement)). The present disclosure provides a charged particle beam system including a charged particle beam device and a computer system configured to control the charged particle beam device. The charged particle beam device includes an objective lens, a sample stage, and a backscattered electron detector that is disposed between the objective lens and the sample stage and that adjusts a focus of a charged particle beam with which a sample is irradiated. The computer system adjusts a value of an electric field on the sample in accordance with a change in a voltage applied to the backscattered electron detector.

The imaging device receives a first image signal output by the first grating pattern and a second image signal output by the second grating pattern, calculates difference data and a range of a difference between the first image signal and the second image signal, generates and sets a data conversion parameter at a regular interval from the difference data that is continuously input on the basis of the range of the difference and the difference data, generates compression image data by using the difference data and the data conversion parameter, compresses the generated compression image data, and includes information indicating the range of the difference into the compressed data.

An interframe difference processorgenerates a difference image between frames of a sensor image, and an image processorgenerates distance information indicating a distance to a photographic subject on the basis of calculation of a difference image and a developing pattern. Thus, since a video display apparatusgenerates the difference image between the frames of the sensor image, it is possible to realize a distance measuring apparatus capable of reducing an influence of a background and generating distance information with high accuracy.

A modulator of a distance measuring sensor unithas a photographing pattern that includes a plurality of patterns different from each other, and modulates intensity of light. A gesture detecting unit divides image data obtained by receiving light transmitted through the modulator by the image sensor; restores an image by calculation based on a developing pattern corresponding to the photographing pattern in a divided unit; and obtains an image for detecting gesture of a user. This makes it possible to obtain an image of an object in an outside world without using a lens for forming an image. The method for manufacturing the laminated glass comprises: a heat molding step for heating the liquid crystal film to a temperature higher than the glass transition point of the first base material layer and the second base material layer; and a bonding step for, after completing the heat molding step, heating the laminate, wherein the liquid crystal film is sandwiched between the first glass sheet and the second glass sheet, at a temperature lower than the glass transition point and bonding the same by applying a preset pressure.
