A vehicle body rear section includes a rear floor pan (), a floor pan reinforcement member (), and a towing load receiving section. The rear floor pan () has an upper surface to which the spare tire () is fixed. The floor pan reinforcement member () is fixed to a lower surface of the rear floor pan (). The towing load receiving section protrudes downward from a rear section of the rear floor pan (). The floor pan reinforcement member () extends at least partially from a support position of the towing load receiving section toward a front side of a fixed position of the spare tire (). An easy-deformable portion () with lower bending strength than that of front and rear regions is provided in front of the fixed position of the spare tire () in a reinforcement region of the rear floor pan ().

Vehicle body rear structure

A vehicle rear structure includes a spare tire bracket which has a longer rear section than a front section thereof in the vehicle with respect to a spare tire fixing portion, a spare tire fixed to the spare tire fixing portion, and reinforcement member having a second inclination reinforcing portion extending upward from a rear section of a rear floor pan towards the front of the vehicle. The spare tire bracket has a first easy bending section provided behind the spare tire fixing portion in the vehicle. The reinforcement member has a second easy bending section provided behind the spare tire fixing portion in the vehicle.

Vehicle rear structure

A vehicle body rear part structure includes a rear frame and a beam member. The rear frame has: a first inner bead, a first outer bead, a second inner bead, and a second outer bead. The first inner bead and the first outer bead are formed on an inner wall and an outer wall, respectively, in a region close to the beam member. The second inner bead and the second outer bead are formed on the inner wall and the outer wall, respectively, in a region that is separated to a vehicle body frontward direction from the first beads. The first outer bead is formed to have a higher fragility than the first inner bead.

Vehicle body rear part structure

A first gear mechanism is connected to an input shaft. A second gear mechanism is connected to the input shaft. A motor is connected to the first gear mechanism and the second gear mechanism. The motor continuously varies a speed ratio of a first output gear with respect to the input shaft and a speed ratio of a second output gear with respect to the input shaft. A planetary gear mechanism includes a first rotation element, a second rotation element, and a third rotation element. The planetary gear mechanism is rotatable about a first transfer shaft. A first driven gear is rotatable about a second transfer shaft. The first output gear is connected to the first rotation element. The second output gear is connected to the second rotation element through the first driven gear. The output shaft is connected to the third rotation element.

Transmission and work vehicle

A vehicle body including side is provided. The vehicle body includes left and right side frames that extend in a vehicle body forward-rearward direction and support a collision load acting from the front or the rear, and a coupling member that is joined to open ends of the side frames and restricts displacement between the open ends in a direction in which the open ends are away from each other. The side frame has a plurality of low-strength sections disposed with high-strength sections interposed therebetween in the vehicle body forward-rearward direction and having a lower strength than the high-strength sections in the vehicle body forward-rearward direction. The low-strength section closer to the open end has a lower strength in the forward-rearward direction.

Vehicle body

The vehicle body includes: a pair of left and right rear side members extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a rear bumper beam which extends in a left-right direction of the vehicle body to be coupled to each rear side member at both ends, and bulges rearward toward a center of the left-right direction. The rear bumper beam has an intermediate body extending in the left-right direction at the center of the left-right direction, and inclined bodies which are displaced forward as expanding to the left and right toward the respectively corresponding rear side member from both ends of the intermediate body. A rearward surface of the intermediate body includes a vertical surface, and an inclined surface which is continuous from at least either an upper end or a lower end of the vertical surface and is displaced forward as separating from the vertical surface.

A vehicle body structure includes a bumper beam extending in a left-right direction, and left and right side members functioning as a frame member supporting both ends of the bumper beam. The bumper beam includes a connecting member that connects the both ends to suppress the extension between the both ends.

Vehicle body structure

A bumper beam of a vehicle body structure () is provided with a laterally extending laterally middle part () and a pair of end parts () each extending from a corresponding lateral end of the middle part in an outboard direction with a certain inward slant with respect to a fore and aft direction, and each end part curves at a laterally middle point thereof so as to have a concave side facing outward with respect to the fore and aft direction.

Each rear side member () of a vehicle body rear structure includes a first deformable portion (), a second deformable portion (), a third deformable portion (), and a fourth deformable portion () in that order from a rear end thereof on an inboard side and an outboard side in an alternating manner and in a mutually spaced apart relationship, and the distances between the adjacent deformable portions are substantially 1:2:1:1 in ratio as measure from the rear end of the rear side member.

A metal piece having at least two areas of lower mechanical strength than the body of the piece, said pieces being respectively arranged on one side and the other of a longitudinal central section (PM) of said piece and alternatively located in two locations separated longitudinally along the piece, the areas of lower mechanical strength than the body of the piece being formed by local control of the stamping temperature during a stamping process of the piece, notably a process comprising steps including heating the piece to a temperature range suitable for obtaining an austenitic stage, then stamping this piece in a stamping tool suitable for defining different temperatures in the different areas of the stamped piece, for example by virtue of the voids formed in the stamping tool or by local reheating of the stamping tool.

A fuel filler structure capable of use with a fuel feeding pipe prevents efficiency of sucking volatile fuel from being decreased during refueling even if a drain hole is formed, and includes: a cylinder that includes an opening and a connecting port; a first flap mechanism that is arranged near the opening of the cylinder and opens the opening when a nozzle is inserted; a drain hole that is formed in the cylinder and communicates inside the cylinder with outside; and a drain hole switching valve that opens and closes the drain hole, wherein the drain hole switching valve has a closing mechanism including a valve body that is pressed by the nozzle when the nozzle is inserted through the opening, so that the drain hole is closed.

Fuel filler structure capable of use with a fuel feeding pipe

Provided is a method for obtaining a chemical conversion coating-treated zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy-plated steel sheet having extremely excellent in corrosion resistance and adhesiveness to a resin coating film. The method is for treating the surface of a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy-plated steel sheet with a metal surface treatment agent, in which the metal surface treatment agent contains a compound (A) having a zirconyl ([Zr&#x2550;O]) structure, a vanadium compound (B), a titanium fluorocomplex compound (C), an organic phosphorus compound (Da) containing a phosphoric acid group and/or a phosphonic acid group, an inorganic phosphorus compound (Db), a specific aqueous acrylic resin (E), and an oxazoline group-containing polymer (F) as a curing agent, each in a predetermined amount, and the pH of the metal surface treatment agent is 3 to 6.

Method for treating surface of zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy-plated steel sheet

A vehicle body structure having left and right side frames located on both sides in a vehicle width direction, each side frame including an end on an external force acting side that receives a collision load in a vehicle longitudinal direction acting from outside of a vehicle, and an end on an opposite side of the end on the external force acting side. The side frames are provided with a plurality of fragile portions on left and right sides. The plurality of fragile portions include at least left and right first fragile portions located at the ends on the external force acting side, and left and right second fragile portions located on sides of the ends on the opposite side.
