A predictive maintenance device for an industrial machine includes a determination model and a processor. The determination model has been trained by machine learning to output a possibility of an abnormality for each of a plurality of components by inputting state data. The state data indicates a state of a drive system of the industrial machine. The plurality of components are included in the drive system. The plurality of components are connected to each other so as to operate in conjunction with each other. The processor acquires the state data. The processor acquires the possibility of the abnormality in each of the plurality of components from the state data by using the determination model. The processor determines the component to be maintained from the plurality of components based on the possibility of the abnormality.

A server displays information about a plurality of industrial machines on a display of a client computer. The server includes a storage device, a processor, and a communication device. The storage device stores state data indicative of states of a plurality of industrial machines. The processor determines remaining lives of the plurality of industrial machines from the state data. A press device includes a press device main body and a main breaker to supply or stop power from an external power supply to the press device main body. The press device main body includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a power storage unit able to supply stored power to the servomotor, a discharge unit configured to discharge a charge stored in the power storage unit, and a first contactor. An upper die can be mounted on the slide. A lower die can be disposed on the bolster. The first contactor interrupts an electrical connection between the power storage unit and the discharge unit in an energized state and electrically connects the power storage unit and the discharge unit in a non-energized state. The first contactor is supplied with power for energization from the external power source without passing through the main breaker.

Press device

A press device subjects a material to pressing using an upper die and a lower die. The press device includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a plurality of capacitor units, and a control unit. The upper die can be attached to a lower face of the slide. The lower die can be placed on the bolster. The capacitor units include a plurality of electric double layer capacitors. The plurality of capacitor units are configured to be able to supply stored electric power to the servomotor. The control unit executes an operation mode in which pressing is performed using capacitor units other than unused capacitor units when the plurality of capacitor units have been set so that at least a portion of the capacitor units are not used.

A press device includes a slide, a bolster disposed below the slide, a servomotor configured to drive the slide, a power storage unit, a current detector, and a control unit. An upper die can be mounted on the slide. A lower die can be placed on the bolster. The power storage unit is configured to be able to supply stored power to the servomotor. The current detector detects current supplied from the power storage unit. The control unit performs stop control to stop supply of current from the power storage unit to the servomotor based on a detection value of the current detector.

A drive unit drives a slide which vertically reciprocates for pressing the workpiece. A detection unit detects positional information about the slide. A speed control unit controls the speed of the slide by the drive unit, based on motion information defining operation of the slide. A stoppage determination calculation unit sets a deceleration start point at which deceleration of the slide is to be started, based on the motion information and a set point at which the slide is to be forced to stop. A speed control unit determines whether an abnormality signal regarding transportation of the workpiece is input, when the slide reaches the deceleration start point based on the positional information about the slide detected by the detection unit. The speed control unit performs deceleration control for the slide so that the slide is stopped at the set point, when determining that the abnormality signal is input.
