In a drive device, a first flow path of a fluid connects a gear accommodation portion and an inlet of a pump. A second flow path connects an outlet of the pump and one end of a third flow path via a cooler. The third flow path is inside a partition wall of a housing and intersects a rotation axis of a first shaft. A fourth flow path connects another end of the third flow path and one end of a fifth flow path. The fifth flow path is inside a gear side lid of the housing. Another end of the fifth flow path is connected to one end of a second shaft in an axial direction. One end of a sixth flow path is connected to another end of the third flow path. Another end of the sixth flow path is inside a housing tubular portion.

Drive device

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a motor including: a rotor configured to rotate about a central axis; a stator disposed radially opposite the rotor with a clearance defined between the stator and the rotor; a housing accommodating the rotor and the stator; a bearing supporting the rotor in a rotatable manner; a bearing holder holding the bearing, the bearing holder being fixed to the housing; a rotation sensor configured to detect rotation of the rotor; and a sensor holder disposed in the bearing holder to hold the rotation sensor. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the motor includes a position adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a circumferential position of the rotation sensor by integrally rotating the bearing holder and the sensor holder relative to the housing in a circumferential direction.

Motor

A ducted fan that includes a housing with a cylindrical shape, a ring motor in the housing, and fan blades extending radially inward from an inner circumferential surface of the ring motor. The housing includes a first housing that covers a first side in an axial direction of the ring motor and a second housing that covers a second side in the axial direction of the ring motor. The second housing includes through holes penetrating the second housing at a portion on the second side in the axial direction with respect to the ring motor. The housing includes an outer circumferential wall including first and second wall portions located in outer circumferential portions of the first and second housings. The outer circumferential wall includes opening portions defined by a gap between the first and second wall portions.

Ducted fan

A motor includes a rotor, a stator, and a support member. The rotor includes a rotor magnet, a magnet holding portion, and spoke portions. The stator includes a plurality of coils and a stator core. The support member includes a stator holding portion and a mount portion. The mount portion includes a plurality of slits extending radially inward from a radially outer end portion of the mount portion. The slits each have openings in an outer circumferential end and an upper surface of the mount portion. The openings of the slits positioned in the upper surface of the mount portion are positioned between the coils adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction when viewed in the axial direction.

A motor includes a shaft centered on a center axis oriented in a vertical direction, a bearing supporting the shaft, an armature disposed radially outward of the bearing, a bracket to which the bearing and the armature are fixed, and a covered cylindrical rotor connected to the shaft. A motor includes a shaft, a bearing supporting the shaft, an armature disposed radially outward of the bearing, a bracket to which the bearing and the armature are fixed, and a rotor connected to the shaft. The bracket includes a bracket bottom portion covering a lower side of the armature, and a terminal holding portion extending radially outward from an outer peripheral portion of the bracket bottom portion. The terminal holding portion includes a plate-shaped holding portion main body connected to the outer peripheral portion of the bracket bottom portion, a terminal disposed on an upper surface of the holding portion main body, and a protrusion portion projecting downward from a lower surface of the holding portion main body at a same position in a radial direction as that of the terminal, or radially outward of the terminal.

A motor includes a shaft, a bearing supporting the shaft, an armature disposed radially outward of the bearing, a bracket to which the bearing and the armature are fixed, a covered cylindrical rotor connected to the shaft, and a bus bar unit. The armature includes a core back, teeth extending radially outward from the core back, an insulator covering surfaces of the, and a defined by a wire wound from above the insulator around the teeth. The bus bar unit includes bus bars to which the coils are connected, a bus bar holder holding the bus bars, and a bus bar cover covering portion of the bus bars.

A motor includes a shaft, a bearing, an armature, a bracket, and a covered cylindrical rotor including a rotor lid portion, a rotor side wall portion, and a rotor magnet. The bracket includes a cylindrical portion. The bearing includes lower and upper ball bearings. The shaft includes a shaft main body and a nut. In the lower ball bearing, a lower surface of an inner ring is in contact with an upper surface of the nut and an upper surface of an outer ring is vertically supported by the cylindrical portion. In the upper ball bearing, an inner ring is vertically fixed with respect to the shaft main body and a lower surface of an outer ring is vertically supported by the cylindrical portion.

A motor includes a shaft, a bearing, an armature disposed radially outward of the bearing, a bracket, a rotor, and a circuit board on which a Hall element is mounted. The rotor includes a rotor magnet radially opposed to the armature radially outward of the armature. The bracket includes a cylindrical portion including an outer peripheral surface to which the armature is fixed, a bracket bottom portion extending radially outward from a lower end portion of the cylindrical portion, a bracket side wall portion extending upward from an outer peripheral portion of the bracket bottom portion, and a board holding portion connected to the bracket side wall portion. The circuit board is held by the board holding portion. The Hall element is held by the bracket side wall portion.

A motor includes a shaft with a central axis along an up and down direction as a center, a bearing mechanism rotatably supporting the shaft; a cylindrical rotor main body fixed to the shaft; a rotor fan fixed to the shaft at an upper side of the rotor main body; an armature facing the rotor main body in a radial direction; and a housing accommodating the rotor main body, the rotor fan, and the armature therein. The bearing mechanism includes a first bearing above the rotor fan in the housing and facing the rotor fan in the up and down direction and a second bearing positioned below the rotor main body. The housing includes a first opening, a second opening, and a bearing holding portion.

A motor includes a shaft centered on a center axis oriented in a vertical direction, a bearing rotatably supporting the shaft, an armature disposed radially outward of the bearing, a bracket to which the bearing and the armature are fixed, and a covered cylindrical rotor connected to the shaft. The rotor includes a disk-shaped rotor lid portion connected to the shaft, and a rotor side wall portion extending downward from an outer edge of the rotor lid portion. The shaft is made of metal. The rotor lid portion and the rotor side wall portion are made of resin. The rotor lid portion and the shaft are an integrally molded article.

Provided is a motor including a shaft; two rotors attached to the shaft and spaced from each other in an axial direction by a predetermined distance; a stator arranged between the two rotors; a busbar unit arranged on one axial side of at least one of the two rotors, and arranged to hold a busbar; and a housing arranged to hold the stator and house the two rotors therein. The stator includes a plurality of cores arranged in a circumferential direction, and coils wound around the cores. A lead wire drawn out from the coils is arranged to extend, radially outside of the one of the rotors, from the corresponding core to a position on the one axial side of the one of the rotors, and is connected to the busbar at the position. The busbar unit is housed in the housing.

A motor includes a shaft, a bearing mechanism rotatably supporting the shaft, a cylindrical rotor main body fixed to the shaft, a rotor fan fixed to the shaft, an armature, and a housing. The bearing mechanism includes a first bearing above the rotor fan in the housing and facing the rotor fan in an up and down direction. The housing includes a first opening, a second opening, and a bearing holding portion. A cylindrical wind tunnel portion is outward of the rotor fan in a radial direction. An inner surface of the wind tunnel portion and the rotor fan face each other in the radial direction. An upper end portion of the inner surface of the wind tunnel portion and an outer surface of the bearing holding portion face each other in the radial direction.
