The traffic facility control system according to the present disclosure includes: a detection unit configured to detect a moving ability of a person; a determination unit configured to determine a psychological state of the person; and a control unit configured to control a traffic facility installed at at least one of the vicinity of a current position of the person, a position on a route along which the person moves, or a position along the route based on the moving ability of the person and the psychological state of the person.

A first exemplary aspect is a health promotion system using a computer, the health promotion system including: a door mechanism configured to be opened by an operation performed by a person; a control unit configured to control the door mechanism; and identification information acquisition unit that acquires identification information for identifying the person who operates the door mechanism. The control unit acquires health condition information indicating a health condition of the person, determines whether or not the health condition satisfies a target value that is predetermined for the person identified by the identification information, and increases an exercise load of the operation for opening the door mechanism when the health condition does not satisfy the target value.

A first terminal of an interlocking communication line is located in the power line connector. A second terminal of the interlocking communication line is located in the communication line connector. The interlocking communication line is routed on the external surface from the first terminal to the second terminal.

The holder includes a metal plate having an internally threaded screw hole. The resistor is held by the holder with the metal plate interposed therebetween with a bolt screwed into the internal threaded screw hole. The holder is fixed to the housing. The holder is interposed between the lead portion and the housing. An insulating heat transfer member is interposed between the metal plate and the housing.

Electric compressor

A motor-driven compressor includes a rotary shaft, an electric motor, a compression unit, an inverter, a housing, and an inverter case. The housing includes a housing end wall and a housing circumferential wall, which extends from a housing end wall in an axial direction of the rotary shaft. The inverter case includes a case end wall, which extends in the axial direction from the case end wall. The seal circumferential wall includes a proximal end connected to the case end wall and an end face located at a distal end. The housing circumferential wall includes an opposed surface that is opposed to the end face. An annular seal member is provided between the seal circumferential wall and the housing circumferential wall. The seal member extends in a radial direction of the rotary shaft between the end face and the opposed surface.

Motor-driven compressor

A fluid machine includes an inverter compartment defined by a housing and a cover, the inverter compartment accommodating an inverter, and a wire electrically connected to an external connector and supplying power to a circuit board of the inverter. The wire includes a board coupling portion electrically connected to the circuit board, a connector coupling portion electrically connected to the external connector, and an extended portion extending along a wall surface of the cover and connecting the board coupling portion and the connector coupling portion. The fluid machine further includes a plastic mold covering the extended portion, and an anchor formed integrally with the plastic mold and engaged with a through-hole of the cover. The extended portion is held on the wall surface of the cover by the anchor.

Fluid machine

An electric compressor includes an inverter, a housing with an opening, an inverter connector, a power connector, and a cable that electrically connects both connectors. The housing accommodates the inverter. The inverter connector includes a cover, an outer sealing member, and an inner sealing member. The cover includes an insertion hole through which the cable is inserted, and is disposed in the opening so as to position the cable in the opening. The outer sealing member is interposed between the opening and the cover. The inner sealing member is interposed between the insertion hole and the cable. The insertion hole includes a restriction portion that restricts a movement of the cable, and a fitting portion that is located closer to the inverter than the restriction portion and in which the inner sealing member is fitted. The insertion hole is narrower at the restriction portion than at the fitting portion.

A motor-driven compressor includes a compression portion, an electric motor, an inverter, and a metal housing. The inverter includes three-phase switching elements and a plastic holder that retains the three-phase switching elements. The housing includes a thermal radiation surface. The holder includes a metal spring. The holder is fixed to the housing using two fasteners. The three-phase switching elements are laid out between the two fasteners. The switching elements at opposite ends of the three-phase switching elements are pressed toward the thermal radiation surface by only the holder. The switching element at the middle of the three-phase switching elements is pressed toward the thermal radiation surface by the holder and the spring.

A motor-driven compressor includes a compression unit, an electric motor, a motor controller, a housing, and a connector. The motor controller includes a circuit board. The housing includes an inverter accommodation chamber, and the inverter accommodation chamber accommodates the motor controller. The connector is accommodated in the inverter accommodation chamber and electrically connects the circuit board and a member located outside the inverter accommodation chamber. The connector includes one or more busbars and a case. The one or more busbars are electrically connected to the circuit board. The case is formed from a resin and accommodates the one or more busbars. The circuit board and the connector are fastened to the housing. The one or more busbars are allowed to move in the case when the circuit board vibrates.

An electric compressor includes a compression portion, an electric motor, a drive circuit that has a circuit board on which electronic components are mounted, a housing, and a resin member. At least one of the electronic components is held by the resin member with the resin member sandwiched between the at least one of the electronic component and the circuit board. The electronic compressor includes a first metal member that is in contact with the at least one of the electronic components, and thermally connected to the housing, a second metal member that is disposed in the resin member, and a bolt by which the first metal member and the second metal member are fastened with each other.

An electric compressor includes a cylindrical motor housing, an inverter case, and a conductive member. The inverter case is joined to an end portion of the motor housing. The inverter case includes a cylindrical case peripheral wall surrounding the end portion. The end portion has an end face that extends in a radial direction of the motor housing and a peripheral surface that extends in an axial direction of the motor housing and is connected to the end face. A ring-shaped sealing member is disposed between the peripheral surface and the case peripheral wall. An accommodation groove for accommodating the sealing member is recessed in the peripheral surface. The sealing member is held by the peripheral surface and the case peripheral wall in a radial direction of the sealing member to seal a space in which the conductive member is disposed.

An electric compressor includes an electric motor, and a motor controller configured to drive the electric motor. The motor controller includes a high voltage circuit board on which switching elements are mounted, a low voltage circuit board on which a control circuit controlling switching operation of the switching elements is mounted, an input connector, an output connector, and a current sensor. The high voltage circuit board and the low voltage circuit board are stacked with each other. The output connector is integrated with a detection busbar that provides electrical connection between the high voltage circuit board and the low voltage circuit board, and through which detection signals indicative of the output current are output to the control circuit.

An electric compressor includes a compression part, an electric motor, an inverter device, and a housing. The inverter device includes an inverter circuit, a noise reduction unit, and a circuit board. The noise reduction unit includes a common mode choke coil and a smoothing capacitor. The common mode choke coil includes an annular core, a pair of winding wires, and an annular electrical conductor. The electrical conductor is split into a first metal plate and a second metal plate in a circumferential direction. The first metal plate is thermally coupled to the housing. The second metal plate is electrically connected to the first metal plate. An electrical resistance value of the first metal plate is larger than that of the second metal plate.

Connectors are each integrated with a holder in a state in which bus bars are projected. A first projection and a second projection of the holder are respectively inserted in a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole in a circuit substrate. This determines positions of the holder and the circuit substrate relative to each other. The holder has coil lead wire insertion holes, capacitor lead wire insertion holes, and element lead wire insertion holes. These insertion holes extend in the same direction as the direction in which the bus bars project from the holder.

An electric compressor includes a housing, an inverter, an inverter case, a case bottom wall, and a case peripheral wall. The inverter case has a seal peripheral wall. The seal peripheral wall has a cylindrical shape and extends from the case bottom wall in a direction opposite to a direction in which the case peripheral wall extends. The seal peripheral wall surrounds a part of an outer peripheral surface of the housing. A seal member having an annular shape seals a gap between an inner peripheral surface of the seal peripheral wall and the outer peripheral surface of the housing.
