The electromagnetic wave sensor includes: a first substrate; a first wire which extends in a first direction parallel to a substrate surface of the first substrate in a plan view from a direction perpendicular to the substrate surface; a second wire which extends in a direction parallel to the substrate surface and different from the first direction in the plan view; and an electromagnetic wave detector which is electrically connected to the first wire and is electrically connected to the second wire, wherein the first wire is located on the first substrate side in relation to the electromagnetic wave detector in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction and the second wire is located on a side opposite to the first substrate in relation to the electromagnetic wave detector in the third direction.

Electromagnetic wave sensor

A coil device includes a core having a flange portion connected to winding core portions; wires wound around the winding core portions; and terminal electrodes fixed to the core. The terminal electrodes have wire connectable portions to which lead portions of the wires are connected. In the wire connectable portions, the lead portions are connected to the terminal electrodes at positions separated from an upper surface of the flange portion by a predetermined height.

Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a core, first to fourth terminal electrodes provided on a first flange part, fifth to eighth terminal electrodes provided on a second flange part, first and second wires bifilar wound around a winding core part, and third and fourth wires bifilar wound around the winding core part. One and other ends of the first to eighth wires are connected corresponding one of the first to eighth terminal electrodes. The first and second wires cross each other in a first crossing area. The third and fourth wires cross each other in a second crossing area different from the first crossing area.

Coil device and pulse transformer

A coil device having high bonding strength and bonding reliability has a core member including a winding core and a flange, wires wound around the winding core and one end being positioned at the flange, and terminal electrodes provided to the flange. Each of the terminal electrodes has a wire connecting part where one ends of the wires are connected, and a mounting part continuously formed with the wire connecting part at the side close to the winding core with respect to the wire connecting part along the axis direction of the winding core. The wire connecting part is provided at a position lower than the mounting part along the height direction of the flange.

A rotary electric machine including a rotor including a rotor core; permanent magnets to be embedded in the rotor core; and a one end-side end plate configured to support one end side of the rotor core. The rotor core has rotor refrigerant passages through which refrigerant for cooling the permanent magnets flows in an axial direction of the shaft. The one end-side end plate has an end plate refrigerant passage communicating with the rotor refrigerant passages. The end plate refrigerant passage has refrigerant reservoirs, each projecting to an outer side in a radial direction of the shaft.

Rotary electric machine

In a rotating electric machine, a rotor core has a rotor core cooling hole under a state of being coupled to a first gap at a position on a radially inner side with respect to a center portion of a first inner wall surface in a length direction. The rotor core has a radially-outer-side refrigerant flow path formed under a state of being coupled to a radially-outer-side end portion of the first gap. A first end plate has a communication path formed so as to extend from an inner end surface of the first end plate to the rotor core cooling hole. A second end plate has a discharge path formed so as to allow the radially-outer-side refrigerant flow path to communicate with an outside.

A cooling apparatus includes: an annular internal liquid coolant flow channel that is mounted to a rotary electric machine main body, and in which an internal liquid coolant circulates around an outer circumference of the rotary electric machine main body, and an external liquid coolant passage portion through which an external liquid coolant passes, the external liquid coolant passage portion is connected to the internal liquid coolant flow channel by a connecting portion that is positioned vertically higher than the rotary electric machine main body, and the electric power converting apparatus includes a heat radiating surface that releases heat that is generated in the electric power converting apparatus, the electric power converting apparatus being mounted to the cooling apparatus such that the heat radiating surface and the internal liquid coolant can exchange heat at a position that is vertically lower than the connecting portion.

The rotary electric machine includes a first refrigerant passage through which refrigerant passes from the shaft to the rotor core, wherein the rotor core includes a second refrigerant passage through which the refrigerant having passed through the first refrigerant passage passes, wherein the insulator includes: a base portion; a radially inner protruding portion, which is formed on a radially inner side of the base portion, and a radially outer protruding portion, which is formed on a radially outer side of the base portion, wherein the radially inner protruding portion has a first through-hole penetrating therethrough in a radial direction, and wherein the refrigerant having passed through the second refrigerant passage passes through the first through-hole to travel to the stator coil end portion.
