A point generating unit of a mobile terminal generates teaching point information associating a teaching position that teaches the work machine a position of the attachment in a series of movements to be performed by the work machine with orientation information indicating a target orientation at the teaching position, based on a slewing angle of an upper slewing body and on orientation information on the attachment. A point changing unit changes the generated teaching point information. When the teaching point information is changed, an instruction generating unit of the work machine generates an automatic operation instruction for automatically operating a slewing device and the attachment, based on the changed teaching point information. An operation control unit of the work machine automatically operates the slewing device and the attachment, based on the automatic operation instruction.

Operation instruction system

A compaction management system includes a position calculation unit that, when a bucket is pressed against a compaction target ground, calculates a position of the bucket, a rolling compaction force calculation unit that, when the bucket is pressed against the compaction target ground, calculates a rolling compaction force applied to the compaction target ground using the attitude of the machine body, the attitude of the attachment, a pressure of a cylinder, and dimensions of the attachment, a rolling compaction record creation unit that creates a rolling compaction record in which the position calculated by the position calculation unit is associated with the rolling compaction force calculated by the rolling compaction force calculation unit, and a storage control unit that causes a storage device to store the rolling compaction record created by the rolling compaction record creation unit.

Compaction management system

A work machine includes: a first posture detection device which detects a posture of an upper slewing body with respect to a lower travelling body; a second posture detection device which detects a posture of a blade; a laser beam receiver which is provided to the upper slewing body and can receive a laser beam emitted from a laser beam emitter; and a calculation unit which calculates a height position of a cutting edge of the blade with respect to a surface to be constructed. The calculation unit calculates the height position of the cutting edge of the blade with respect to the surface to be constructed based on a laser beam receiving position where the laser beam is received by the laser beam receiver, a posture of the upper slewing body with respect to the lower travelling body, and a posture of the blade.

Work machine

A memory stores, in advance, target line information indicating an arrangement target of an object to be conveyed and related to a target line denoted by at least one of a curve or a polyline. A controller is configured to: calculate, based on the target line information, target information which is at least one of information about a target coordinate of the object and information about a target direction of the object; calculate, based on the at least one of the coordinate of the object and the direction of the object detected by the detector, detection information which is comparable with the target information; calculate a deviation of the detection information from the target information; and cause a display to display a moving direction of the object which allows the deviation to decrease.

Guidance system

A control section determines a monitoring region, a region wherein an obstacle is to be monitored, the monitoring region not including the lower travelling body. The control section changes the monitoring region so as not to include the lower travelling body based on a turn angle detected by the turn angle detection section. The control section limits operation of at least one of travelling of the lower travelling body and turning of the upper slewing body when the obstacle detection section detects an obstacle being present in the monitoring region.

Construction machine

When an object detected by a distance measuring sensor is located in a monitoring region set in a blind spot of an operator, an obstacle determination section determines the detected object as an obstacle. Then, the obstacle determination section sets a monitoring region so that a region indicating a lower travelling body () is excluded according to a slewing angle detected by an angle sensor. Based on the slewing angle detected by the angle sensor, a stop control section determines a component, of at least one of the lower travelling body and an upper slewing body, which has a possibility that a construction machine collides with the obstacle when the component is operated, and stops operation of the determined component.

Obstacle detection device

A first warming-up control unit calculates warming-up time charging power from a power storage SOC and power storage temperature and causes a generator motor to perform power generation operation thereby charging a power storage unit on the basis of the calculated warming-up time charging power. A second warming-up control unit applies, during the power generation operation, a hydraulic load to a hydraulic pump by a hydraulic load unit and performs horsepower control of the hydraulic pump using a value obtained by subtracting the warming-up time charging power from preset warming-up time pump horsepower.

Hybrid construction machine

A control unit as a hybrid device is provided on a right side deck of an upper slewing body. The control unit has a quadrangular shape in a plan view thereof, and both electric wires and liquid pipelines for cooling or heating the control unit are connected to the control unit. Connection terminals and pipeline connection openings of the control unit are provided on surfaces that form the sides of the quadrangle in a plan view of the casing and that are oriented in different directions.

Hybrid device and hybrid construction machine including same

The invention provides a rotation control device capable of reducing a loss of a power of a hydraulic pump in a backward direction operation and also provides a construction machine including the same. The controller controls a capacity of the hydraulic pump such that, in a forward direction operation in which an operating direction detected by the operation sensor and a rotating direction detected by a rotation sensor coincide with each other, the capacity of the hydraulic pump is increased in accordance with an increase in the operation amount detected by an operation sensor, on the other hand, restricts the capacity of the hydraulic pump more in a backward direction operation, in which the operating direction detected by the operation sensor and the rotating direction detected by the rotation sensor are reverse to each other, than in the forward direction operation.

Slewing type working machine

There is obtained a configuration capable of rapidly decelerating a motor even if a failure occurs in the communication between a controller and a motor control unit in a motor controller in which a speed command is input from the controller to the motor control unit. A motor controlleris provided with a main controller, and a motor control unitconfigured to be communicable with the main controllerto drive a motor M according to a torque command output from the main controller. The motor control unitincludes a speed control unitfor outputting a torque command, so as to decelerate the motor M, if any failure occurs in communication with the main controllerwhile the motor M is being driven.

Motor controller and construction machine provided therewith

An object of the present invention is to provide an inverter device for driving an electric motor, which allows control stability and efficiency to be ensured over a wide region of the speed of the electric motor. The inverter device includes a rotational-speed detection section which detects a rotational speed of the electric motor, a carrier-frequency calculation section which calculates a carrier frequency on the basis of the detected rotational speed, and a carrier-frequency switching section which switches, on the basis of the calculated carrier frequency, the carrier frequency used for performing PWM control on the electric motor. The carrier-frequency calculation section calculates, as the carrier frequency, a frequency increased with an increase in the electric-motor rotational speed detected by the rotational-speed detection section.

Inverter device for driving electric motor

There is provided a motor controller capable of suppressing the rotation of a motor at the time of discharging an electric accumulator, and a construction machine provided with the motor controller. A motor controlleris provided with a current controllerfor controlling an electric current supplied from an electric accumulator E to a motor M, and a rotation detectorfor detecting the rotation of the motor M. The current controllersupplies only a d-axis current to the motor M according to a discharge command. If the rotation of the motor M is detected by the rotation detectorat the time of discharging the electric accumulator E, the current controllercontrols the d-axis current so as to suppress the rotation of the motor M.

A slewing-type working machine capable of reducing back pressure generated during slewing. The slewing-type working machine includes: a base carrier; an upper slewing body; a hydraulic motor including first and second ports and slewing the upper slewing body; a hydraulic pump, a slewing operation device including an operating member; a control valve controlling the hydraulic motor based on the operation signal of the slewing operation device; first and second pipe-lines connecting the first and second ports of the hydraulic motor to the control valve; a communication switching device capable of switching communication and cutting of between both pipe-lines and the tank; and a switching command section operating the communication switching devices, when the upper slewing body is slewed, to bring only a pipe-line, which corresponds to a discharge-side pipe-line of the hydraulic motor, of the pipe-lines into communication with the tank, while bypassing the control valve.

A slewing-type working machine includes: a hydraulic motor for slewing an upper slewing body; a hydraulic pump; a slewing operation device including an operation member; a control valve controlling the hydraulic motor based on an operation signal of the slewing operation device; first and second pipe-lines connecting first and second ports of the hydraulic motor to the control valve; communication switching devices switching communication and cutoff between both pipe-lines and a tank; an electric motor; an electric storage device; and a controller, which communicates an outlet-side pipe-line to the tank during slewing, makes a brake based on a regenerative action by the electric motor and the electric storage device and causes the electric storage device to store regenerative power, upon deceleration operation. Upon failure occurrence, the controller brings the communication switching devices to a communication-cutoff state and stops the regenerative action to secure slewing.
