This high-pressure tank includes a resin liner constituting a hollow fluid filling part, a ferrule including a supply/discharge port which communicates with an internal space of the liner and a flange part which protrudes outward in a radial direction from a circumferential region of the supply/discharge port and abuts on the liner, and a reinforcing layer made of a fiber reinforced resin attached to cover across the liner and an outer circumferential surface of the flange part, in which a discharge hole allowing a gap between abutting surfaces of the flange part and the liner to communicate with an inside of the supply/discharge port and discharging a fluid accumulated between the liner and the reinforcing layer to the supply/discharge port is provided in the ferrule, and a trap groove surrounding a circumferential region of the discharge hole is provided on at least any one of the abutting surface on the flange part side and the abutting surface on the liner side.

A high-pressure tank, a manufacturing method for a high-pressure tank, and a manufacturing device for a high-pressure tank capable of simplifying a shape of a metal fitting and performing high-speed FW molding without causing an idle rotation of the metal fitting or a deformation of a liner, for example, when performing the high-speed FW molding are provided. A high-pressure tank includes a liner, a reinforcing fiber layer, and a metal fitting. The reinforcing fiber layer is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the liner. The metal fitting is attached to the liner. The liner includes a liner main body and a protrusion part is provided in a part (cylindrical part) of the liner main body. The protrusion part is formed to protrude in a direction moving radially inward from the cylindrical part and to be fittable to a rotating shaft.

A high pressure tank includes: a supplying/discharging hole; and a cap having formed therein a cap-side path which is a part of a flow path. A repelling coating interposes between a liner-side end surface facing a resin-made liner, of a flange section configuring the cap, or a flange section-facing outer surface facing the flange section, of the liner. The repelling coating is formed of a material that repels a matrix resin of a fiber-reinforced resin configuring a reinforced layer.

High pressure tank and method of manufacturing same

A high pressure tank includes: a liner made of a resin; a reinforced layer covering an outer surface of the liner; and a cap having formed therein a supplying/discharging hole for supplying/discharging a fluid to/from the liner. This cap includes: a flange section interposing between the liner and the reinforced layer; and an exposed section exposed from the reinforced layer. Furthermore, in this high pressure tank, a protective member is arranged between the flange section and the reinforced layer.

A pressure gas container includes a liner to store a gas, a reinforcing layer provided on an outer side of the liner, a boss attached to the liner, and an attachment attached to an outer surface of the liner. The boss has an opening through which the gas is introduced into the liner and through which the gas inside the liner is released. The attachment is to support the liner rotatably when the reinforcing layer is provided. At least one of the boss and the attachment has a gas release channel that allows communication between a gap formed between the outer side and an inner side of the reinforcing layer and a space outside the pressure gas container to release the gas having permeated through the liner and present in the gap between the liner and the reinforcing layer to the space.
