This liquid medicine administration device includes a liquid medicine container, a gasket for expelling the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine container, a plunger that moves the gasket, a housing, a drive mechanism that advances the plunger, and a rotation restriction unit that restricts rotation of the plunger. The drive mechanism includes a motor and a feed screw. The plunger includes: a threaded portion threadedly engaged with the feed screw; and a plunger body that advances with feed screw rotation and that moves the gasket, while rotation of the plunger relative to the housing is restricted by the rotation restriction unit. The plunger includes a canceling mechanism that cancels transmission of a pressing force from the plunger body to the gasket when the plunger body receives an axial reaction force equal to or greater than a preset pressing force from the gasket during advancement with the feed screw rotation.

Liquid medicine administration device

A syringe assembly includes a plate-shaped seal member that seals a distal opening of a distal nozzle portion of a syringe; and a tubular cover member. The cover member has a base portion and a mounting portion. The mounting portion has two claw portions, two first column portions arranged on both sides of one of the two claw portions, and two second column portions arranged on both sides of the other of the two claw portions. An outer peripheral portion of the mounting portion has two outer peripheral notch portions. An inner peripheral portion of the mounting portion has two inner peripheral recessed portions.

Cap, syringe assembly and manufacturing method thereof

An administering instrument is disclosed, which is capable of preventing a needle tube from coming out of a living body during administration of a drug solution and a drug solution administering system including the administering instrument and a medicinal solution administering device. The administering instrument includes a puncture part that has a contact surface contacting a body surface H of a user, a needle holding part for holding a needle tube, and a communication passage communicating with a lumen of the needle tube. The puncture part includes a fixing part that is disposed above the contact surface and fixes the first end part of the tube to the puncture part in a state where the first end part of the tube is inclined toward the contact surface of the puncture part.
