A transmission case includes: a main transmission input shaft to which the driving force is transmitted from the engine; and a main transmission output shaft fit on the main transmission input shaft in a relatively rotatable manner. The main transmission input shaft is provided with a hydraulic pump unit, a cylinder block, and a fixed capacity hydraulic motor unit, forming a hydraulic mechanical transmission, arranged in series. Shifted driving force is transmitted to the main transmission output shaft via the fixed capacity hydraulic motor unit. The transmission case includes a planetary gear mechanism and a transmission shaft with which the shifted driving force via the main transmission output shaft and the combined driving force via the planetary gear mechanism can be transmitted.

Work vehicle

A work vehicle according to the present invention includes an engine installed in a traveling machine body supported by traveling units, and a transmission case incorporating a hydraulic continuously variable transmission. The transmission case incorporates a forward/backward traveling switching mechanism. The work vehicle includes forward traveling valves for forward traveling hydraulic clutches, a backward traveling valve for a backward traveling hydraulic clutch, and a master valve configured to control hydraulic oil supplying to the forward traveling valves and the backward traveling valve. A part of a hydraulic circuit is formed on a front lid member of the transmission case. The forward traveling valves, the backward traveling valve, and the master valve are attached on a front surface side of the front lid member.

The present disclosure provides a human body detecting device capable of increasing the sensitivity. Multiple first infrared ray reception paths are defined by any one of multiple lenses and multiple detecting units. Multiple second infrared ray reception paths are defined by one lens adjacent to the any one of multiple lenses and multiple detecting units. Lens array is configured so that one of multiple first infrared ray reception paths and one of multiple second infrared ray reception paths overlap with each other. The front-side electrodes of detecting units respectively corresponding to one first infrared ray reception path and one second infrared ray reception path of the multiple detecting units have the same polarity.

Human body detecting device

A working vehicle includes: an engine mounted on a traveling machine body; a hydraulic continuously variable transmission configured to shift driving force from the engine; a transmission case incorporating the hydraulic continuously variable transmission; and rear traveling units disposed on both left and right sides of the transmission case via rear axle cases. The transmission case is divided into three sections of a front case, an intermediate case, and a rear case. The left and right rear axle cases are attached to both left and right sides of the rear case. The intermediate case, coupling the front case to the rear case, is coupled to left and right vehicle body frames forming the traveling machine body.

A control system includes: a first human detector that detects the presence or absence of a human within a first detection range; a second human detector that has a second detection range that overlaps with the first detection range, and detects the presence or absence of a human within the second detection range; a determiner that has a plurality of determination modes for determining the presence or absence of a human; a transmitter that transmits a control signal to a control target based on a result of determination made by the determiner; and a load that receives the control signal and serves as the control target whose operation mode is switched according to the control signal. The determiner performs operation in a first determination mode for determining the presence or absence of a human based on at least a result of detection performed by the first human detector when the load is in a first operation mode, and performs operation in a second determination mode for determining the presence or absence of a human based on a result of detection performed by the second human detector when the load is in a second operation mode that is different from the first operation mode.

Control system and sensor unit

The driving device includes an applied voltage control unit configured to perform a transfer process of controlling a charge-coupled device to transfer electric charges. The applied voltage control unit is configured to switch, in order from a first end to a second end of a line of transfer electrodes of the charge-coupled device, a voltage applied to the transfer electrode from a control voltage for forming a potential well to a reference voltage for eliminating the potential well. The applied voltage control unit includes a control circuit configured to generate a driving signal based on a clock signal, and a driving circuit configured to apply the control voltage and the reference voltage selectively to the transfer electrode in accordance with the driving signal. The control circuit is configured to delay a second driving signal defined by the driving signal associated with one of the adjacent transfer electrodes from a first driving signal defined by the driving signal associated with the other of the adjacent transfer electrodes so as to adjust a phase difference between the first driving signal and the second driving signal to a value corresponding to predetermined time shorter than a period of the clock signal.

Driving device and spatial information detecting device using the same

The spatial information detection device emits, to a space including an intended area, signal light defined as light modulated with a modulation signal defined as a square wave signal having high and low level periods appearing alternately, each of the periods having its length randomly selected from integral multiples of a unit time period. The device generates signal electric charges by accumulating electric charges generated in response to light from the space in a collection time period determined by a demodulation signal defined as a signal having the same waveform as that of the modulation signal or that of the inverted modulation signal. The device corrects, using correction information regarding an effect caused by light from an unintended area, the amount of signal electric charges as an amount of intended electric charges produced in response to light from the intended area, thereby generating spatial information.

Spatial information detection device

The distance measuring device includes a light source (), a light-receiving sensor (), a timing controller (), a distance calculator (), and a delay controller (). The timing controller () outputs a modulation signal and plural reference timing signals. The modulation signal is a square wave signal having high and low level periods appearing alternately. Each of the high and low level periods has its length randomly selected from integral multiples of a predetermined unit time period. The reference timing signals include a signal having the same waveform as that of the modulation signal and a signal having the same waveform as that of the inverted modulation signal. The light source () varies an intensity of the light in concordance with the modulation signal. The delay controller () delays the plural reference timing signals by the delay period (Td) to create plural timing signals respectively. The light-receiving sensor () accumulates the electric charges generated within the reception time period, with regard to each of the timing signals. The distance calculator () calculates the time difference (&#x3c4;) from amounts of the electric charges respectively associated with the timing signals, and calculates a distance (L) to the target () on the basis of the time difference (&#x3c4;) and the delay period (Td).

Distance measuring device

A photodetector capable of improving dynamic range for input signals is provided. This photodetector includes a photoelectric converting portion, a charge separating portion, a charge accumulating portion, a barrier electrode formed the charge separating portion and the charge accumulating portion, and a barrier-height adjusting portion electrically connected to the barrier electrode. Undesired electric charges such as generated when environment light is incident on the photoelectric converting portion are removed by the charge separating portion. A potential barrier with an appropriate height is formed under the barrier electrode by applying a voltage to the barrier electrode according to an electric charge amount supplied from the charge separating portion to the barrier-height adjusting portion. Electric charges flowing from the charge separating portion into the charge accumulating portion over the potential barrier are provided as an output of the photodetector.

Photodetector and spatial information detecting device using the same

A compact image pickup device with high sensitivity is provided, which is suitable for a spatial information detecting apparatus. The image pickup device has a plurality of image pickup units arranged on a semiconductor substrate. Each of the image pickup units has a light receiving array of photoelectric conversion elements for generating electric charges corresponding to a received-light amount, a transfer array of charge transfer elements, an accumulation array of charge accumulation elements each having a greater charge storage capacity than a saturation charge amount of the photoelectric conversion element, and a charge-amount adjusting portion configured to determine an amount of undesired electric charges to be separated from the electric charges generated by each of the photoelectric conversion elements. The transfer array and the light receiving array are arranged in a line in a vertical direction. The accumulation array is disposed adjacent to the transfer array in a horizontal direction.

Image pickup device, spatial information detecting apparatus using the same device and method for taking out received-light output from the same device

A spatial information detecting device is provided, which is capable of reducing the possibility that a saturation phenomenon is caused by the influence of an environmental light. This device includes a photoelectric converting portion for receiving a signal light from a target space to generate electric charges, a charge separating portion for separating electric charges corresponding to a constant amount of a bias component as undesired electric charges from the electric charges generated by the photoelectric converting portion, a charge accumulating portion for accumulating the remaining electric charges as effective electric charges reflecting a fluctuation component of the signal light, a barrier control electrode for forming a potential barrier between the charge separating portion and the charge accumulating portion, and a charge take-out portion for outputting the effective electric charges as an received-light output. By controlling a voltage applied to the barrier control electrode to change a height of the potential barrier, it is possible to adjust an amount of electric charges flowing from the charge separating portion into the charge accumulating portion over the potential barrier.

Spatial information detecting device and photodetector suitable therefor

An image processing device for generating both of a distance image and a gray image from an electrical output of a light receiving element on the precondition that a light intensity-modulated at a modulation frequency is irradiated into a target space. This device has an image generator for generating the distance image having pixel values, each of which provides a distance value between an object in the target space and the device, in accordance with a phase difference between the irradiated light and the received light, and the gray image having pixel values, each of which provides a gray value of the object, in accordance with an intensity of the received light. By use of an output of the image generator, an outline of the object can be extracted.

Image processing device

In an apparatus using an intensity-modulated light for detection of spatial information based upon light intensity of light reflected from a target space, a timing synchronization circuit is provided to synchronize a phase of the intensity-modulated light from a light-emitting element with a timing of operating a light-receiving element receiving the intensity-modulated light. The light-receiving element is caused to operate for enabling the detection of intensity of the received light for each of a plurality of phase regions within one cycle of the intensity-modulated light. The timing synchronization circuit functions to compare a cyclic variation determining the operation of the light-receiving element with a cyclic variation associated with an output from a light-emitting element driving circuit in order to keep a constant phase difference between these two cyclic variations.

Spatial information detecting apparatus

A spatial information detection system, which is capable of, even when detecting spatial information from a common target space by use of a plurality of detection devices, achieving accurate detection without causing interference between the detection devices. Each of the detection devices has a light emitting source for projecting light intensity-modulated with a modulation period into the target space, a photodetector for receiving light from the target space, and an evaluation portion for detecting the spatial information of the target space from a change between the light projected from the light emitting source and the light received by the photodetector. The system includes a timing control portion for controlling the timings of projecting the lights from the light emitting sources such that a light projection period of the light emitting source of one of the detection devices does not overlap with the light projection period of the light emitting source of another detection device.
