The preparation step includes preparing a sulfide solid electrolyte represented by LiPSX(X is at least one of Cl, Br, and I, and a satisfies 0≤a≤2), the liquid composition preparation step includes dissolving the sulfide solid electrolyte in an alcohol-based solvent to prepare a liquid composition, the coating layer formation step includes applying the liquid composition to an anode current collector to form a coating layer, the separator formation step includes forming a separator by volatilizing the alcohol-based solvent from the coating layer by drying, and the ratio of the sulfide solid electrolyte contained in the liquid composition is 10% by weight to 30% by weight.

Method for producing all solid state battery

A method for producing an all solid state battery using a precipitation-dissolution reaction of metallic Li as a reaction of an anode, includes a preparation step, a liquid composition preparation step, a coating layer formation step, and a separator formation step. A method for producing an all-solid-state battery, comprising the following steps (a) to (d), which are performed in the order of (a), (b), (c), and (d) or in the order of (a), (b), (d), and (c): (a) introducing the all-solid-state battery laminate into the metal case, (b) welding a protruding part of the positive electrode current collector layer or the negative electrode current collector layer and the folding margin part of the metal case, (c) folding the folding margin part, and the protruding part of the positive electrode collector layer or the negative electrode current collector layer, which has been welded to the folding margin part toward the inside of the metal case together, and (d) injecting a sealing resin into the metal case from the opening part of the metal case and then curing the sealing resin to seal the all-solid-state battery laminate in the metal case.

All-solid-state battery and production method therefor

At a position between a fuel offgas inlet portion and a fuel gas inlet portion in a main body portion in the facing direction where a first end faces a second end, a fluid confluence joint is provided with at least either one of (i) at least one step formed over a whole circumference of an inner wall of the main body portion by reducing the passage sectional area on a fuel gas passage portion side to be smaller than the passage sectional area on a confluence passage portion side, and (ii) at least one partition wall formed over the whole circumference so as to project inwardly from the inner wall of the main body portion.

Fluid confluence joint

A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, a mixed gas supply passage, and an agitation mixer. The fuel cell stack includes a plurality of fuel cells each including a power generation portion. The fuel cells are stacked. The mixed gas supply passage is configured to communicate with the fuel cell stack. The mixed gas supply passage is configured to supply a mixed gas to the fuel cell stack. The mixed gas is a mixture of a fuel gas and a fuel off-gas that has been discharged from the fuel cell stack. The agitation mixer is provided in the mixed gas supply passage. The agitation mixer is configured to apply a swirling force to the mixed gas. The agitation mixer includes a guide rib configured to guide liquid water contained in the mixed gas to a side opposite to the power generation portion-side.

A method for producing an all-solid-state battery, comprising the following steps (a) to (d), which are performed in the order of (a), (b), (c), and (d) or in the order of (a), (b), (d), and (c):

A fuel cell system that can prevent impurities from intensively collecting near inlets of fuel cells. The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack formed by stacking fuel cells, each fuel cell having a power generation portion, a stack manifold with a fuel gas inlet communication hole disposed at an end of the fuel cell stack in the stacking direction of the fuel cells, a mixed gas supply channel communicating with the fuel gas inlet communication hole for supplying a mixed gas of a fuel gas and fuel off-gas to the fuel cell stack, a stirring mixer for swirling the mixed gas provided in the mixed gas supply channel, and a guide rib provided on the inner wall of the fuel gas inlet communication hole of the stack manifold, on the side opposite to the side of the power generation portions of the fuel cells.

A silicone composition is provided comprising (A) an alkenyl-containing organopolysiloxanc having a viscosity of 1.0-100 Pa&#xb7;s at 25&#xb0; C., (B) an organopolysiloxane of formula (1), (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane of formula (2), (D) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane of formula (3), (E) a filler, (F) a platinum group metal catalyst, and (G) a reaction inhibitor. The composition has a low viscosity and good moldability prior to curing and cures into a dilatant product that exhibits a low storage elastic modulus at a low strain rate and a high storage elastic modulus at a high strain rate.

To provide an all-solid-state battery and a production method thereof, ensuring that deterioration of the all-solid-state battery resulting from movement of an all-solid-state battery element inside a metal outer casing is prevented. An all-solid-state battery comprising an all-solid-state battery element, a metal outer casing having an opening at least at one end, in which the all-solid-state battery element is housed, a resin sealing body sealing the opening and contacting with an all-solid-state battery element surface facing the opening, and a negative electrode current collector layer protrusion and a positive electrode current collector layer protrusion, each protruding from the resin sealing body to the opposite side of the all-solid-state battery element, wherein the resin sealing body penetrates at least part of a gap between the outer circumference of the all-solid-state battery element and the inner circumference of the metal outer casing to form a gap filling body.

All-solid-state battery and production method thereof

A metal-air battery with a high discharge capacity is provided. Discharge capacity can be increased by a metal-air battery that includes an air electrode, a negative electrode and an electrolyte layer, where the electrolyte layer includes a porous separator, and a liquid electrolyte infiltrated in the separator, and a contact angle between the liquid electrolyte and a negative electrode side-face of the separator is smaller than that between the liquid electrolyte and an air electrode side-face of the separator.
