A method for managing a souvenir supply service is provided. The method includes the step of acquiring map information and information on a sightseeing plan of a user using the souvenir supply service. The information on the sightseeing plan comprises positional information on a sightseeing spot visited by the user and information on a time zone during which the user visits the sightseeing spot. The method also includes the step of sending a mobile vehicle loaded with a souvenir associated with the sightseeing spot to the sightseeing spot in the time zone during which the user visits the sightseeing spot based on the map information and the sightseeing plan information.

Method, system and computer-readable medium for managing souvenir supply service

The sightseeing plan provision system includes a communication terminal and a server. The communication terminal is operated by a user who is traveling for purposes other than tourism. The server includes a processor and a storage device, and presents a sightseeing plan to the user. The processor automatically generates a new sightseeing plan based on the travel route planning information so as to include a desired stop-by spot of the user in response to a request of the user operating the communication terminal. Then, the processor registers the generated new sightseeing plan in the database of the storage device.

Sightseeing plan provision system and sightseeing plan provision method

A vehicle control system is provided to maintain an SOC level of the battery during autonomous operation of the vehicle. The control system is applied to a vehicle that can be operated autonomously by controlling an engine, a motor, a steering system, a brake system etc. autonomously by a controller, and the vehicle is allowed to coast by manipulating a clutch. During autonomous operation of the vehicle, a first coasting mode in which the engine is stopped and the clutch is disengaged is selected if the SOC level is higher than a threshold level, and a second coasting mode in which the engine is activated and the clutch is disengaged is selected if the SOC level is lower than the threshold level.

A battery cooling system includes: a cooling circuit; a power transmission device disposed in the cooling circuit, the power transmission device including a gear; a drivetrain oil having an electric insulating property and being used for lubrication of the gear, the drivetrain oil circulating in the cooling circuit; a battery unit disposed in the cooling circuit, the battery unit including a module case that houses a plurality of battery cells; a pump disposed in the cooling circuit; and a radiator disposed in the cooling circuit, the radiator releasing heat from the drivetrain oil flowing in the cooling circuit. The drivetrain oil performs direct heat exchange inside the power transmission device and flows through an inside of the module case and performs direct heat exchange with the battery cells.

Battery cooling system

Vehicle management apparatus

A vehicle control system for an autonomous vehicle configured to charge a battery by an external power source during propulsion while preventing a deterioration of the battery. A controller detects a charging zone where the electric storage device can be charged by the external power source, and restricts at least any one of a charging of the electric storage device and a discharging of electricity from the electric storage device so as to limit a load factor of the electric storage device to be smaller than a predetermined limit value when the vehicle passes through the charging zone.

A COtrapping device mounted in a hybrid vehicle, provided with a branch passage branched from an exhaust passage, a COtrapping part provided at the branch passage and trapping COin inflowing exhaust gas, a cooling part using electric power of the battery to cool the COtrapping part, a flow controlling part controlling an amount of flow of the exhaust gas flowing into the branch passage, and a COtrapping control part controlling the cooling part and the flow controlling part, the COtrapping control part controlling the flow controlling part so as to make the cooling part stop cooling and to shut off the flow of the exhaust gas to the COtrapping part when a charging rate of the battery becomes a predetermined SOC threshold value or less.

COtrapping device

A vehicle control system configured to maintain detection accuracy of an external sensor such as an on-board camera. The vehicle control system is applied to a vehicle that can be operated autonomously. A controller communicates with a database stored on the controller and a database stored on an external facility. The controller changes orientation of a headlamp toward an object detected by an on-board camera, in a case that the headlamp is turned on, and that information about the object detected by the on-board camera is not available in the database.

A vehicle control apparatus includes: an information acquisition unit acquiring feature information indicating a feature regarding vehicle driving of an occupant of a vehicle; and a control unit changing at least one property included in a driving property or a manipulation property in the vehicle. Further, the control unit changes at least one property included in the driving property or the manipulation property of the vehicle, from a basic property of the vehicle to a property reflecting the feature information, based on the feature information, and brings the changed property close to the basic property of the vehicle in accordance with at least one of an integrated value of boarding hours, an integrated value of running distances, and the number of boardings of the vehicle of the occupant.

Vehicle control apparatus

There are provided in-wheel motors lubricated with an oil; a cooling medium circuit in which a cooling medium flows; a cooling device cooling the cooling medium; heat exchangers carrying out heat exchange between the cooling medium and the oil after lubricating the in-wheel motors; and at least one of a controller including an inverter and a battery that can be cooled by the cooling medium flowing through the cooling medium circuit, and the cooling medium circuit has such a configuration that circulates the cooling medium through the cooling device, at least one of the controller and the battery, and the heat exchangers in turn.

Vehicle

A vehicle platooning system to operate vehicles in a platoon in an appropriate order. The vehicle platooning system is applied to a vehicle that can be operated autonomously. A controller obtains information about each of the vehicles participating in the platoon including a straight line stability upon satisfaction of a condition to form a platoon with other vehicles, and assigns the vehicle having a relatively good straight line stability to a leader vehicle in the platoon.

Vehicle platooning system

An electric vehicle is provided with an electric motor serving as a driving source and is not provided with an internal combustion engine from which power is transmitted to drive wheels driven by power from the electric motor. The electric vehicle includes: a torque converter that is disposed coaxially with an output shaft of the electric motor, and to which the power is transmitted from the electric motor; an automatic transmission disposed on a power transmission path between the electric motor and the drive wheels, and configured to achieve a shift stage at which the power is interrupted; and a mechanical oil pump driven by the power from the electric motor, and disposed on the power transmission path, at a position upstream of the automatic transmission in a direction of power transmission from the electric motor to the drive wheels. The mechanical oil pump is disposed in the electric motor.
