The rotor assembly includes a first rotor, including a first working portion and a second working portion coaxially arranged, the first working portion and the second working portion are rotatable about a first axis; the first working portion includes a plurality of first helical blades, with a first blade groove being formed between adjacent two of the plurality of first helical blades; at least one first air pressure groove is provided on a first end face of the first working portion away from the second working portion.

A communication pipe is provided between a gas exhaustion port of one compressing structure and a gas suction port of another compressing structure in the two compressing structures. The silencer includes a housing, a gas inlet end of the housing being provided with a protrusion extending into an interior of the housing, a portion of the protrusion approximate to a gas outlet end of the housing being closed, and the gas inlet end of the housing being provided with at least two gas inlets around the protrusion. A part of a gas flow enters the housing through the gas inlets, and other part of the gas flow impacts the protrusion and then at least partially flows back and enters the housing through the gas inlets.

The present disclosure is related to a slide valve, a slide valve adjustment mechanism and a screw compressor. The slide valve includes a static slide valve and a moving slide valve, wherein the static slide valve is fixedly installed in a slide valve cavity and provided with an axially-penetrating valve hole; a plurality of bypass holes communicating with the valve hole () are formed in the sidewall of the static slide valve, and an exhaust port is formed in the sidewall of one end of the static slide valve. The slide valve may avoid scraping between the slide valve and a screw rotor and the slide valve cavity. Gaps between the slide valve and parts which cooperate with same are reduced, so that the leakage is reduced while the energy efficiency of the compressor is increased.

Disclosed is a multi-stage compressor, including a gas supplement structure, a low-pressure stage chamber and a high-pressure stage chamber. The gas supplement structure includes a gas supplement inlet and a perforated member wherein the gas supplement inlet is arranged at an upstream location of an exhaust gas flow of the low-pressure stage chamber; the perforated member is arranged at a downstream location of the exhaust gas flow of the low-pressure stage chamber; a liquid refrigerant sprayed from the gas supplement inlet is mixed with exhaust gas of the low-pressure stage chamber to impact on the perforated member; the liquid refrigerant is dispersed, the dispersed liquid refrigerants are re-mixed with the exhaust gas of the low-pressure stage chamber and enter the high-pressure stage chamber.

Disclosed are an oil separation structure and a compressor. The oil separation structure includes a housing and a filtering screen. A core is disposed at a center of the housing, and a plurality of guiding members for guiding gas flow are provided along circumferential directions of the core. The filtering screen is disposed on a periphery of the housing, and a cavity is formed between the filtering screen and the core. The housing is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet which are in communication with the cavity, and the gas inlet is configured to introduce the gas flow into the cavity; the guiding members are configured to guide the gas flow to rotationally flow around the core, and the gas outlet is configured to discharge the gas flow from the cavity.

Oil separation structure and compressor

Disclosed is an oil separation barrel, which includes a barrel body and an oil separation and filtration structure provided in the barrel body, the barrel body provided with an oil separation cavity and an output port. An output gas flow is filtered by the oil separation and filtration structure, then enters the oil separation cavity, and finally is output from the output port. At least part of a barrel wall of the barrel body forming the oil separation cavity includes two or more layers of circumferential walls. The output gas flow flows in the oil separation cavity in such a manner that it changes the advance direction multiple times, which can make the flow field uniform and reduce noise and vibration; and the output gas flow impacts the circumferential wall surfaces in the oil separation barrel multiple times, which can further improve the efficiency of oil separation.

Disclosed is a connection structure of an exhaust bearing seat for compressors and screw compressors, designed to solve the problem of large radial vibration of the existing exhaust-end bearing seat. The connection structure includes an exhaust bearing seat, an oil separation bucket, and an oil separation screen assembly all arranged at an exhaust end of a body of the compressor, wherein a tail end of the exhaust bearing seat is connected with the oil separation screen assembly, and an outer periphery of the oil separation screen assembly is provided with a vibration-reducing element, which is connected to an inner wall of the oil separation bucket. The vibration of the exhaust bearing seat is transmitted to the vibration-reducing element through the oil separation screen assembly, and then to the oil separation bucket after being absorbed and suppressed by the vibration-reducing element.

The exhaust bearing seat is provided with a discharge port, wherein an opening of the discharge port is orientated in such a way that, if the exhaust bearing seat is sheathed in a housing, gas exhausted from the discharge port has a component which rotates along an inner wall of the housing and around an axial direction of the housing. The discharge port is able to guide the gas flow to rotationally flow along the inner wall of the housing body and around the axial direction of the housing, which extends the flow path of the gas flow inside the housing, and facilitates the reduction of noise of the gas flow pulsation.
