The present disclosure provides a sealing member that includes insertion holes into which connector terminals are inserted, wherein the sealing member exhibits a high water sealability and damage caused when the connector terminal is inserted into the insertion hole is suppressed. The present disclosure also provides a waterproof connector that includes the sealing member. A sealing memberincludes: a silicone rubber that is formed as a plate-like member; and insertion holesthat are formed in a plate surface of the plate-like member and into which connector terminalscan be inserted. Sealing member and waterproof connector

A thermally conductive material contains a base resin and a filler, the filler contains a thermally conductive filler and a hollow filler composed of particles including a gas layer, a content of the filler is 20.0% by volume or more and 90.0% by volume or less based on a total material amount, and a content of the hollow filler is 25.0% by volume or more and 70.0% by volume or less based on a total amount of the filler. A wiring harness is provided with an insulated wire composed of an insulation coating and a conductor, an exterior material, the insulated wire being inserted in the exterior material, and a heat dissipation material to be arranged between the insulated wire and the exterior material, and the heat dissipation material is made of the thermally conductive material.

Thermally conductive material and wiring harness

A terminal-equipped wire for charging inlet is provided with a wire including a conductor and an insulation coating, and a terminal to be connected to the conductor exposed from an end part of the wire. The insulation coating has an olefin-based resin as a main component. The terminal-equipped wire is further provided with a molded resin portion for covering a region from a connection point of the conductor and the terminal to the insulation coating, and a primer layer provided between an inner peripheral surface of the molded resin portion and an outer peripheral surface of the terminal. The inner peripheral surface of the molded resin portion and an outer peripheral surface of the insulation coating are directly in contact.

Terminal-equipped wire

A wire waterproof structure including a water-stopping material, wherein: the water-stopping material is configured to seal at least a partial region of a conductor comprising an assembly of a plurality of strands, the water-stopping material contains a resin material, and a filler dispersed in the resin material, and the filler has an average particle size of 1 μm or more and 15% or less of an outer diameter of the strands, and a content in the water-stopping material of 1 mass % or more and 20 mass % or less, relative to the resin material.

Provided is a coil molded article including: a coil having a winding portion; and an integration resin portion that coats at least an inner peripheral face of the winding portion, wherein the coil molded article further includes a gap portion that is integrated into the inner peripheral face and divides an internal space of the winding portion into two portions in an axial direction of the winding portion. Further provided is a reactor including: the above-described coil molded article; and a magnetic core including an inner core portion that is arranged inside the winding portion included in the coil molded article, and an outer core portion that is arranged outside the winding portion.

Coil molded article and reactor

A reactor including: a coil including a pair of winding portions that are arranged side by side; a magnetic core including inner core portions that are provided inside the winding portions, and an outer core portion that is exposed to the outside from the winding portions; and a casing that houses a combined member that includes the coil and the magnetic core combined with each other. The casing includes: a bottom plate on which the combined member is placed; and a side wall that stands on the bottom plate, and the side wall is provided with a cutout for the core, through which at least a portion of the outer core portion is exposed to the outside of the casing.

Reactor

Provided is a reactor that includes: a coil; a magnetic core with an inner core portion arranged inside the coil; and an inwardly interposed member insulating the inner core portion from the coil. The inwardly interposed member has a thin portion defined by a recessed inner-circumferential surface, and a thick portion that is thicker than the thin portion. The inner core portion has a core-side projection portion facing the inwardly interposed member that has a shape conforming to the inner-circumferential surface shape of the thin portion. The thin portion has a thickness of 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm inclusive, and the thick portion has a thickness of 1.1 mm to 2.5 mm inclusive. A clearance is provided at least at a portion between the inner core portion and the inwardly interposed member, and the inwardly interposed member and the wound portion are in contact with each other.

A reactor includes a coil; a magnetic core with an inner core portion arranged inside the coil; and an inwardly interposed member insulating the coil from the inner core portion. The inwardly interposed member has a thin portion defined by a recess of an inner-circumferential surface, and a thick portion that is thicker than the thin portion. The inner core portion has, on an outer circumferential surface facing the inwardly interposed member, a core-side projection portion has a shape conforming to the inner-circumferential surface shape of the thin portion. The thin portion has a thickness of 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm inclusive, and the thick portion has a thickness of 1.1 mm to 2.5 mm inclusive. The inner core portion and the inwardly interposed member are in intimate contact with each other, and the inwardly interposed member and the wound portion are in intimate contact with each other.
