An object of the present invention is to provide a structure for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery that can be manufactured without going through a complicated process such as passing through a poor solvent. The structure for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery of the present invention comprises a positive electrode, a separator, and a negative electrode, the structure comprising an intermediate layer formed between the positive electrode and the separator and/or between the negative electrode and the separator and including vinylidene fluoride polymer particles constituting 60 to 100 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of raw materials that constitute the intermediate layer.

Structure for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and method for manufacturing same structure

An object of the present invention is to provide a filler-containing resin film in which shedding of inorganic materials or the like is suppressed, a resin composition that can be used in production of the filler-containing resin film, and a method for producing the filler-containing resin film. The filler-containing resin film of the present invention is a filler-containing resin film comprising: a vinylidene fluoride copolymer obtained by copolymerizing vinylidene fluoride and a compound represented by formula (1) (in formula (1), R, R, and Rare each independently hydrogen atoms, chlorine atoms, or alkyl groups having from 1 to 5 carbons; and X' is an atomic group having a molecular weight of 472 or less and having a main chain configured from 1 to 19 atoms); and an insulating inorganic filler. The resin film is produced by applying onto a substrate and then drying a resin composition containing the vinylidene fluoride copolymer, the insulating inorganic filler, and an organic solvent. 

Resin composition, filler-containing resin film for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and method for producing filler-containing resin film for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a resin film for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery that does not inhibit the movement of ions such as lithium ions and that is arranged between a separator and a positive or negative electrode; and a resin film for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery obtained by the production method. The method for producing a resin film for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises the steps of: coating a separator with a resin composition containing a solvent and a vinylidene fluoride copolymer obtained by copolymerizing vinylidene fluoride and a compound represented by formula (1) below (coating step); and drying the separator on which the resin composition has been coated (drying step). In formula (1), R, R, and Rare each independently hydrogen atoms, chlorine atoms, or alkyl groups having from 1 to 5 carbons; and X' is an atomic group having a molecular weight of 472 or less and having a main chain configured from 1 to 19 atoms.

To provide a stretch-formed multilayer container with excellent oxygen-gas barrier properties even in a high humidity atmosphere, which is obtained by stretching a multilayer sheet or a multilayer preform, which contains at least one layer made of a mixture of a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer (B) and a plasticizer (C) and at least one layer made of a mixture of a multivalent metal compound (D) and a resin (E), from 1.1 to 100 times its area draw ratio.

A multi-layer film having a layer structure that a polyvalent metal compound-containing layer adjoins one side or both sides of a polymer layer containing a carboxyl group-containing polymer and a polyvalent metal salt of the carboxyl group-containing polymer, wherein the polymer layer has a concentration gradient structure that the concentration of the polyvalent metal salt of the carboxyl group-containing polymer in the polymer layer is continuously reduced in the thickness-wise direction from a surface adjoining the polyvalent metal compound-containing layer, and a peak ratio A/Aas determined on the basis of an infrared absorption spectrum of the polymer layer is at least 0.25.

Multilayer film

The present invention makes it possible to provide a film exhibiting an excellent oxygen-gas barrier properties and an excellent moisture proofness, the film containing at least a multivalent metal salt of a polycarboxylate-based polymer (A), the film having the density which is not lower than 1.80 g/cm; the surface ratio &#x3b1; [the peak surface S(3700 to 2500 cm)/the peak surface S(1800 to 1500 cm)] of an infrared absorption spectrum which is not larger than 2.5; and the peak ratio &#x3b2; [the peak A(1560 cm)/the peak A(1700 cm)] of the infrared absorption spectrum which is not smaller than 1.2, by means of applying a solution containing the polycarboxylate-based polymer (A) and the multivalent metal compound (B) to a substrate, thus obtaining a dried film, and thereafter treating the dried film with heat under predetermined conditions. Accordingly, the present invention makes it possible to provide packaging materials and packaging containers for not only foods which are required not to contact an oxygen gas, but also foods, beverages, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and precision metal parts such as electronic parts, as well as members of electronic equipment, all of which are required to be protected from moisture.
