A shampoo composition is described which includes from 1 to 25% by weight of mild surfactants, from 0.001 to 5% by weight of citrus fibers, from 0.01 to 5% by weight of anti-dandruff zinc salts, and a cosmetically acceptable carrier. The citrus fibers help structure the composition to maintain phase stability, provide appropriate viscosity and achieve deposition of the anti-dandruff zinc salts.

The present invention relates to a method of obtaining enhanced perfume bloom, e.g., bars providing enhanced perfume impact. By selecting specific bar compositions (e.g., with low TFM and specific starch-polyol structuring system), it has been unexpectedly found that bloom is actually increased upon dilution of such bars.

A mild toilet bar composition contains C8-C18 mono and diacyl isethionates in a specified ratio in a first preferred embodiment of the invention and a specified ratio of calcium and magnesium diacyl isethionates in a second preferred embodiment of the invention. The invention discloses bar compositions which are milder than soap but have squeaky feel or rinse associated with soap. This is accomplished by ensuring at least a certain portion (at least 1%), or all, of the soluble surfactant system is ion-sensitive. Further, soluble soap comprises less than 1% by wt. of bar, which helps produce a less alkaline pH bar while allowing squeaky feel to be produced.
