Each of the plurality of vehicles performs: generating a moving image in which a person outside the vehicle appears; and transmitting the moving image and an imaging time and an imaging position of the moving image to the server. The server performs: specifying two or more target moving images in which the same person appears out of a plurality of moving images received from the plurality of vehicles; detecting behavior of the person from the two or more target moving images; estimating attribute information of the person based on the detected behavior; and transmitting the estimated attribute information of the person and the imaging time and the imaging position of at least one of the target moving images to a client.

An information processing system includes one or more vehicles, and a server communicable with the one or more vehicles. The vehicle acquires an image obtained by imaging a road on which a host vehicle is located. The vehicle or the server determines a degree of difficulty in traveling on the road due to snow cover from the image. The server stores the degree of difficulty in traveling for each of one or more roads, and provides information to a client by using the stored degree of difficulty in traveling for each of one or more roads.

An information processing system is equipped with at least one vehicle and a server that can communicate with the at least one vehicle. The vehicle acquires an image obtained by imaging a landscape outside the vehicle, a humidity outside the vehicle, and an imaging position of the image. An information processing system includes a vehicle and a server that is able to communicate with the vehicle. The server stores weather information indicating the weather. The vehicle receives the weather information from the server and acquires an image in which a scene outside the vehicle is captured when an operating state of an onboard device is not a prescribed operating state corresponding to the weather indicated by the weather information. The vehicle or the server detects the weather from the image. The server updates the weather information to indicate the weather detected from the image when the weather detected from the image and the weather indicated by the weather information do not match and provides information to a client using the updated weather information.

An information processing system includes one or more vehicles; and a server configured to communicate with the one or more vehicles, wherein each of the one or more vehicles is configured to generate a first video of a traveling route by capturing an outside scene while traveling, and the server is configured to store a plurality of the first videos generated by the one or more vehicles, generate a second video of a specific route using two or more of the first videos, the specific route being different from the traveling route of each of the plurality of the first videos, and send the second video to a terminal device.

At least one of a congestion section and a congestion degree of the oncoming lane is determined based on the moving image. The server stores at least one of the congestion section and the congestion degree of the oncoming lane and provides information to a client by using the stored information.
