The present application provides a suspension device and an X-ray imaging system. The suspension device is configured to bear a tube device of an X-ray imaging system. The suspension device includes a plurality of sleeves and a guide rail assembly. Cross-sections of the plurality of sleeves have substantially the same shape but different sizes. The plurality of sleeves are sequentially arranged. The guide rail assembly is provided between at least one sleeve and another sleeve adjacent thereto. The guide rail assembly includes a protruding member extending along a surface of the at least one sleeve and a sliding member provided on the another sleeve and engaging with the protruding member. The sliding member is capable of moving relative to the protruding member so as to drive the sleeves to move relative to each other.

Suspension device and x-ray imaging system

Provided in the present application are an assistance system and method for a suspension device, and an X-ray imaging system. The suspension device includes a tube device, a tube controller, a motion driving device and an assistance system. The motion driving device is capable of driving the suspension device to move along a first coordinate system. The assistance system includes a measurement device and a control device. The measurement device is disposed between the tube device and the tube controller so as to obtain an initial force of an operator, wherein the initial force includes the magnitude and direction of a force along a second coordinate system in which the measurement device is located. The control device includes a calibration unit and a calculation unit. The calibration unit is used for calibrating the initial force to obtain a calibrated force. The calculation unit is used for performing a coordinate transformation on the calibrated force to obtain a torque value corresponding to the first coordinate system, and sending the torque value to the motion driving device to enable the motion driving device to provide assistance on the basis of the torque value.

Assistance system and method for suspension device, and x-ray imaging system

The present application provides an X-ray imaging system and a collision prevention method therefor. The X-ray imaging system includes a tube device, at least one sensor, and a controller. The tube device is capable of moving to a preset position so as to emit an X-ray. The at least one sensor is mounted on at least one surface of the tube device. The at least one sensor is configured to acquire a feedback signal within a preset sensing region. The controller is connected to the at least one sensor and the tube device, and the controller includes a determination module and a control module. The determination module is configured to determine, on the basis of the feedback signal, whether an obstacle is present in the preset sensing region and acquire position information of the obstacle. The control module is configured to control motion of the tube device on the basis of the position information of the obstacle.

X-ray imaging system and collision prevention method therefor

A two-step diffusion method for preparing high-performance dual-main-phase sintered mischmetal-iron-boron magnet belongs to the preparing technical field of rare earth permanent magnet materials. The compositions of the two main phase alloys are RE-Fe&#x2014;B (RE is Nd or Pr) and (Nd, MM)-Fe&#x2014;B (MM is mischmetal), respectively. First, PrHoFe strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. Next, a PrHo-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of (Nd, MM)-Fe&#x2014;B hydrogen decrepitation powders. The higher anisotropic fields of PrFeB and HoFeB are used to improve the coercivity. Then, the ZrCu strip-casting alloy is used as a diffusion source. A Zr-rich layer is uniformly coated on the surface of the powders after the first-step diffusion, which prevents the growth of the MM-rich main phase grains during the sintering process and the inter-diffusion between the two main phases, thus obtaining high coercivity.

A neural network-based error compensation method for 3D printing includes: compensating an input model by a deformation network/inverse deformation network constructed and trained according to a 3D printing deformation function/inverse deformation function, and performing the 3D printing based on the compensated model. Training samples of the deformation network/inverse deformation network include to-be-printed model samples and printed model samples. The deformation network constructed according to the 3D printing deformation function is marked as a first network. During training of the first network, the to-be-printed model samples are used as real input models, and the printed model samples are used as real output models. The inverse deformation network constructed according to the 3D printing inverse deformation function is marked as a second network. During training of the second network, the printed model samples are used as real input models, and the to-be-printed model samples are used as real output models.
