An apparatus for installing LED light bar is provided. The apparatus includes a platform at which a component with a LED light bar to be installed is placed; a rotatable arm and a first driving device disposed on a side of the platform. The rotatable arm is provided with a locating member, and one end of the arm is fixed relative to the platform; the first driving device drives the arm to rotate about the fixed end from a first position to a second position. When the arm is located at the first position, the LED light bar to be installed may be placed at the arm, and the locating member may fix the LED light bar on a predetermined position of the arm; when the arm rotates to the second position, the LED light bar adheres to the surface of the component for installing the LED light bar thereon.

An overturning and shifting mechanism, comprising: a carrier platform () on which a first item-sensing device () is disposed; a transporting device () on which a second item-sensing device () is disposed; an overturning device () which is positioned between the carrier platform () and the transporting device () and which comprises a driving device () and a rotating arm (), the rotating arm () being provided with a suction structure () thereon; and a control device which is connected with the first item-sensing device (), the second item-sensing device (), the driving device () and the suction structure (), wherein according to sensing signals of the first item-sensing device () and the second item-sensing device (), the control device controls the driving device to drive the rotating arm () to rotate reciprocatingly between the carrier platform () and the transporting device (), while at the same time the control device controls sucking or releasing operation of the suction structure (). The mechanism is mainly used in production process of display devices and solves problems in contaminations and deformations due to overturning and shifting of display panels by manual operations in the conventional arts.

A cutting apparatus for a tape, on a tape conveying path, sequentially including: a feeding assembly, configured to release the tape at an upstream of the tape conveying path; an roller assembly, including a first roller and a second roller opposite to each other and configured to clamp at least part of the tape therebetween and drive the tape to move on the tape conveying path by rotation of at least one of the first roller and the second roller; and a cutter assembly, configured to cut the tape at a downstream of the tape conveying path, wherein, the cutting apparatus further includes a control assembly, configured to control the cutter assembly to cut the tape according to rotation of at least one of the first roller and the second roller. The cutting apparatus can improve cutting efficiency and accuracy of the tape.

The present invention discloses a lighting jig for testing a backlight module, comprising a switch unit and a delay unit; wherein the switch unit is connected to a power supply, and when the switch unit is in closed position, a power output terminal of the lighting jig is electrically connected to a power input terminal of the backlight module, a closing signal is generated at the same time, and the closing signal is output to the delay unit; and the delay unit is connected to the power supply, and outputs a delayed power signal to the power input terminal of the backlight module upon receipt of the closing signal output from the switch unit so as to delay the lighting up of the backlight module.
