A balloon catheter () and an electrophysiological system, which aim to improve the operability of accurately monitoring the balloon surface temperature at the surface of a double-layered balloon (). The balloon catheter () comprises a catheter body (), a double-layered balloon (), at least one temperature measuring element (), and at least one adhesion piece (); the temperature measuring element () is disposed in an interlayer () formed by an inner layer balloon () and an outer layer balloon (); the adhesion piece () is adheringly connected to the temperature measuring element (), and is simultaneously adheringly connected to the inner layer balloon () or the outer layer balloon (); the temperature measuring element () is attached to the inner layer balloon () or the outer layer balloon () by means of the adhesion piece (); when the double-layered balloon () is deformed, the adhesion piece () may be displaced relative to the inner layer balloon () or outer layer balloon () connected to the adhesion piece (), which enables the temperature measuring element () to be displaced relative to the inner layer balloon () or outer layer balloon () connected to the adhesion piece ().
