The method includes: obtaining attribute information currently corresponding to an information responding party based on current input of a user, and then determining the information to be responded corresponding to the current input of the user, and then generating and outputting a target response based on the attribute information currently corresponding to the information responding party and the information to be responded corresponding to the current input of the user. The embodiments of the present disclosure realize that the target response is outputted more accurately when an information responding party (for example, an intelligent chatbot) interacts with the user, so as to implement the dialogue with the user.
