A mobile terminal comprises: a case; a display unit disposed on the front surface of the case and including a hole; a camera mounted in the case; an image output unit disposed at one side of the camera; a switching device for selectively placing the image output unit and the camera inward from the hole; and a control unit for controlling the camera, the image output unit, and the switching device. The mobile terminal outputs an image even to the hole of the display unit when the camera is not used through the hole, and thus can substantially implement full vision.

According to one embodiment, provided is a mobile terminal for driving a large screen in sections, wherein the mobile terminal may comprise: a display panel including an active area from which an image is output; a first active area on one side of the active area divided into two sides; a second active area on the other side of the active area divided into two sides; a first driver provided in the display panel to control an image output from the first active area provided on the one side; and a second driver provided in the display panel to control an image output from the second active area provided on the other side.

A mobile terminal according to one embodiment is characterized by comprising: a display panel including active areas from which images are output; a first driver for controlling an image output from a first active area among the active areas; a second driver for controlling an image output from a second active area among the active areas; first data lines connected to the first driver to apply an image signal to the first active area; and second data lines connected to the second driver to apply an image signal to the second active area, wherein the first data lines and the second data lines may be provided in the active areas alternately in at least one area.

A mobile terminal including a first body; a second body arranged side by side with the first body in a first direction; a hinge unit connecting the first body and the second body and configured to vary an angle defined by the first body and the second body; a flexible display unit including a first area provided in one surface of the first body, a second area provided in one surface of the second body, and a third area provided in an area corresponding to the hinge unit; and a touch sensor in the flexible display unit. In addition, the touch sensor includes a plurality of first transparent electrodes extended in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and arranged side by side in the first direction; a plurality of second transparent electrodes provided in the first area, and extended in the first direction and arranged side by side in the second direction; a plurality of third transparent electrodes provided in the second area, and extended in the first direction and arranged side by side in the second direction; and a drive IC configured to determine a touch point based on a touch signal sensed in the first transparent electrodes, the second transparent electrodes and the third transparent electrodes.
