For example, the processing circuitry extracts, from a first image of a face, first values of feature points of a facial organ on the face. The feature points of the facial organ are indicative of characteristics of the facial organ. Then, the processing circuitry calculates first distances between the feature points of the facial organ based on the first values of the feature points. Further, the processing circuitry calculates feature parameters of the facial organ according to the first distances between the feature points. Then, the processing circuitry detects a facial action of the face when the feature parameters satisfy a preset condition associated with the facial action.

A partner matching method in a costarring video is performed by a terminal. The terminal obtains a video recorded by a first user identifier and a video in which a second role that matches the first role is played and an associated second user identifier. After obtaining a total score of videos in which the second role is played by each second user identifier in each user type, the terminal ranks the videos in which the second role is played by the second user identifiers for each user type and displays a ranking result of the videos in which the second role is played for each user type. After obtaining a video selected from the ranking result, the terminal synthesizes a complete video from the selected video in which the second role is played and the video in which the first role is played.

New digital photos are arranged in chronological order based on capture times of the new digital photos. A determination is made as to whether a subset of the new digital photos are related to each other based on one or a combination of the capture times of the new digital photos and locations at which the new digital photos were captured. A picture processing method and apparatus are described. The method includes: detecting newly-added pictures in a photo album in a computing device; acquiring information about the newly-added pictures, the information including either or both of a photographing time and a photographing place; updating a to-be-processed picture set according to the information about the newly-added pictures; selecting a picture processing template matching the to-be-processed picture set; and processing pictures in the to-be-processed picture set by using the picture processing template. The method can automatically process a newly-added picture, thereby reducing time costs of a user for picture processing.

The present disclosure discloses method and apparatus for lossless image compression, and relates to the field of computer technologies. The method includes: removing ancillary information and redundant information from a picture having a predefined format in a preset manner; decompressing the picture to restore original picture data of the picture; and setting a compression parameter for the original picture data of the picture and compressing the original picture data of the picture into a picture having the same format before the picture decompression using the compression parameter. According to the present disclosure, ancillary data and redundant data in a picture are removed, and after decompression is performed on the picture, the picture is compressed again according to a preset compression parameter, so that based on lossless compression, a compression rate of the picture is increased, and storage space is saved.

An offline download method used with an offline download system is developed. The offline download system pre-downloads a requested file and stores the requested file in a cloud storage in response to an offline download request from a client. The offline download method includes steps of calculating similarity values between any two files stored in the cloud storage; grouping files with the similarity values greater than a threshold value; sorting the grouped files according to the similarity values. Thus, at least one file stored in the cloud storage can be deleted or suggested to substitute the requested file according to the sorting result.
