Provided is a flexible thin film pressure sensor applicable in a hypergravity centrifugal environment, comprising a composite thin film, two metal electrodes, and a flexible composite encapsulation layer. The composite thin film includes a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) matrix and a carbon nanowire filled within the PVDF matrix. The PVDF matrix includes a lower PVDF layer and an upper PVDF layer. The two metal electrodes are respectively fixed to two surfaces of the composite thin film and overlap with each other. A region of the composite thin film located between the two metal electrodes is a polarized region. The flexible composite encapsulation layer has a double-layer structure, wherein two layers of the double-layered flexible composite encapsulation layer are disposed on the two surfaces of the composite thin film, respectively, and edge portions of the flexible composite encapsulation layer extend beyond the composite thin film and are fixed to each other.

The servo loading control system includes a servo motor, a planetary roller screw electric cylinder and a loading rod. The data acquisition system includes a displacement transducer, an axial force meter, a pore pressure transducer, an earth pressure transducer and an industrial camera. The servo loading control system is connected to an excavation plate through the loading rod to control the excavation plate to move back and forth along an axial direction of the shield tunnel model at a set speed to simulate failure of the shield tunnel face. The device mainly consists of a gas supply system, a gas concentration display recorder, a gas pressure display recorder, a sleeve, a gas concentration sensor, a gas pressure sensor, a porous gas-permeable tube and a conical penetration head. The gas diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient of the unsaturated soil can be obtained by only measuring the gas pressure value, the gas concentration value and the corresponding gas flow value of an unsaturated soil layer at a depth required to be tested, and substituting same into calculation formulae of the gas diffusion coefficient and permeability coefficient. The testing process of the method is simple and fast, and is low in cost, simple in operation and convenient in calculation.

Provided is a supergravity directional solidification melting furnace equipment, including a supergravity test chamber and, mounted in the supergravity test chamber, a high-temperature heating subsystem, a crucible, and an air-cooling system. The supergravity test chamber is mounted with a wiring electrode and a cooling air valve device. The high-temperature heating subsystem is fixed in the supergravity test chamber. The crucible and the air cooling system are provided in the high-temperature heating subsystem. The high-temperature heating subsystem includes upper, middle, and lower furnaces, a mullite insulating layer, upper and lower heating cavity outer bodies, upper and lower heating furnace pipes, and a crucible support base. A high-temperature heating cavity is divided into upper and lower parts, is provided therein with a spiral groove, and is fitted with a heating element. The crucible support base is provided therein with a vent pipe channel into which a cooling air is introduced. The crucible and the air cooling system include air inlet and exhaust pipes, a cooling base, a cooling rate adjustment ring, the crucible, and an exhaust cover.

Further provided is a three-directional motion decoupling container for shaking table test, which is formed by combining the periodic structure, a container base plate and a position-limiting protection door-type frame (). The container, which is light in weight and high in strength, is applicable to the shaking table tests at hypergravity and normal gravity. Multiple measures are taken to ensure the motion synchronization between the container and tested soil, the non-interference of the motions of the container and the tested soil in the three directions of X, Y and Z, no extra acting force being exerted on the tested soil by the container, and the avoidance of a boundary effect as much as possible, so as to fully realize the three-directional decoupling and reconstitute original site characteristics.

Multiple actuators are arranged above rail sleepers along rail direction. The rail is cut into separate rail segments, which are connected to rail sleepers via fastening systems. Based on a verified train-rail-subgrade theory model, the distribution of fastener force under the movement of a train bogie can be obtained. A simplified expression of this solution can be acquired by Gauss function fitting considering the train axle load, which is used as the input load of actuators. Each actuator performs the same dynamic excitation sequentially with a time interval along the train moving direction. Therefore, moving load of different vehicle types at different train speeds can be simulated. The present invention provides a reliable and convenient test method and an apparatus for research of developing infrastructures of rail transportation.

The present invention discloses a simulated loading method and an apparatus for moving load of a wheel axle in rail transportation. Multiple actuators are arranged right above rail sleepers along rail direction. The two continuous rails are connected to the rail sleepers via fastening systems and are cut into discrete independent rail segments right above the rail sleeper. The anti-drop member satisfies the applications of compression and uplift force of the actuator. The input load of each actuator is obtained from the load-time history of a single fastening system under moving load of a wheel axle according to a train-rail-subgrade theory model, and adjacent actuators perform dynamic excitation in turn with a same time interval to achieve simulation of moving load of a wheel axle under different speed. This invention provides a reliable and convenient loading platform for experimental study of the rail transportation.
