The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a bulletproof and explosion-proof tubeless tire, first, the innerliner is attached to the carcass cord ply to make the carcass innerliner, and then the steel wire braided layers and the intermediate rubber layers are laminated to each other to make an explosion-proof layer, using a first stage building machine to complete the first stage forming of the carcass innerliner, explosion-proof layer and belt to obtain a semi-finished embryo, and then using a second stage building machine, the semi-finished embryo and the tread slab base are formed in the second stage to obtain the embryo, which is baked and stored for 8˜96 h and then vulcanised to obtain a bulletproof and explosion-proof tire; through the second stage forming process, the invention solves the problem that the explosion-proof layer is difficult to form due to the excessively hard metal material when making the embryo.

Provided herein is a protective rubber track shoe for an excavator, which includes a first-stage rubber mix and a second-stage rubber mix. The first-stage rubber mix consists of a natural rubber, a chloroprene rubber, a butadiene rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a tire reclaim rubber, a 120-mesh rubber powder, zinc oxide, stearic acid, an anti-aging agent 3100, an anti-aging agent CTU, paraffin wax, an intermediate super abrasion furnace carbon black and an aromatic oil. The second-stage rubber mix consists of the first-stage rubber mix, sulfur, an accelerator CZ and an auxiliary agent.

The present invention discloses a preparation method of scribing rubber cement of a tire tread. The scribing rubber cement of the tire tread is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber; 3.5 to 4.5 parts of zinc oxide; 1.5 to 2.5 parts of stearic acid; 15 to 25 parts of titanium white; 2.5 to 3.5 parts of insoluble sulfur; 0.9 to 1.1 parts of accelerant DM; 0.9 to 1.1 parts of rosin; and 15 to 25 parts of color masterbatch. The preparation method of the scribing rubber cement comprises the following steps: step 1) preparing rubber compound; and step 2) preparing the scribing rubber cement. The scribing rubber cement of the tire tread prepared by the present invention has high aesthetic degree and does not influence the product quality.
