A hydrogel microneedle patch based on a three-dimensional framework structure is provided and includes a hydrogel microneedle. A raw material of the hydrogel microneedle includes polyvinyl alcohol and aqueous dispersion of acrylic resin. the hydrogel microneedle is obtained by uniformly mixing and molding of the aqueous dispersion of acrylic resin and the polyvinyl alcohol. The hydrogel microneedle patch has good strength, excellent swelling property and puncture property. In addition, a preparation method and an application of the hydrogel microneedle patch are also provided.

A nanonization method for cannabidiol (CBD) includes following steps: the CBD is dissolved in a good solvent to obtain a CBD-good solvent solution, the CBD-good solvent solution is added to aqueous solution of a stabilizer to obtain mixed solution, the mixed solution is ultrasonicated followed by removing the good solvent by rotary evaporation from the mixed solution to obtain a nanosized CBD suspension. The stabilizer includes one or more selected from the group consisting of poloxamer, tween, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and carboxymethyl chitosan. Particle size of the CBD is reduced in the nanonization method for the CBD through the nanonization of insoluble drugs to obtain the nanosized CBD suspension. In the nanosized CBD suspension, nanosized CBD has high solid content. The nanonization method for the CBD achieves solubilization of the CBD.

Dissolving microneedle containing cannabidiol suspension and preparation method thereof

An insoluble transdermal microneedle patch, includes microneedles and a backing. The microneedles include bases and needlepoints located on the base, and materials made for the microneedles include crosslinked sodium alginate. The backing is connected with the bases, and parts of the backing corresponding to the needlepoints are hollow portions. The microneedle patch can act in the skin for a long time, during it is used for transdermal delivery, drugs can enter skin micropores to be absorbed into a body through pores formed after swelled microneedles acting on the skin absorbs water, thereby increasing a bioavailability of the drugs during the transdermal delivery. After drug administration end, the microneedles are completely removed without increasing a metabolic burden in the body, soluble materials are prevented from being accumulated in the body, and the microneedles have good biological safety. A preparation method of the insoluble transdermal microneedle patch and application thereof are provided.

An apparatus for automatically testing CMOS magnetoresistive biochips is disclosed. The apparatus includes: means for directly or indirectly applying physical pressure to the fluid pumping chamber in a cartridge; a liquid injector for injecting liquid into the reaction chamber in the cartridge through an inlet or inlets in fluid connection to said reaction chamber; a CMOS magnetoresistive biochip located in the reaction chamber in the cartridge; means for applying a magnetic field to said CMOS magnetoresistive biochip in the cartridge; an electronic module for communicating with and supplying power as well as control signals to said biochip; a microprocessor to control and coordinate the aforementioned components; and a user interface for information processing. The apparatus provided by the present invention reduces the complexity of operation and enhances the detection sensitivity to a great extent.

Apparatus for automatically testing integrated CMOS magnetoresistive biochips

A microfluidic cartridge with solution reservoir-pump chamber is disclosed. The microfluidic cartridge comprises a channel-chamber layer, a sealing layer, a printed circuit board bound with magnetoresistive biochip. The channel-chamber layer includes at least a waste reservoir, a reaction-detection chamber, a solution reservoir-pump chamber and a plurality of micro-channels. Said solution reservoir-pump chamber realizes both functions of solution reservoir and pump chamber in a single structure. Said sealing layer is sealed with said channel-chamber layer to form an integrated microfluidic system with at least a waste reservoir, a reaction-detection chamber, a solution inlet, a solution reservoir-pump chamber and a micro-channel. Said solution reservoir-pump chamber in the present invention consists of elastic objects inside for sealing and pumping. Under pressure, said elastic object propels solution in the reservoir into said reaction-detection chamber via channels of said plurality of micro-channels.
