A sequence sending method and an apparatus, to reduce a probability of a sequence conflict. The method includes: a terminal device sends, in a first time period, a first sequence to a network device, where the first sequence is determined based on a first parameter; the terminal device performs scrambling processing on a second sequence based on the first parameter, to generate a scrambled second sequence; the terminal device sends, in a second time period, the scrambled second sequence to the network device; the terminal device performs scrambling processing on an Nsequence based on an (N−1)parameter, to generate a scrambled Nsequence, where an (N−1)sequence is determined based on the (N−1)parameter, and N is an integer greater than 2; and the terminal device sends, in an Ntime period, the scrambled Nsequence to the network device.

Sequence sending method and apparatus

This application provides a method for sending and receiving control information, an apparatus, and a system. A transmit end sends control information on a data channel, so that a receive end does not need to monitor a control channel through blind detection within a period of time that is after the receive end receives the control information. This can reduce power consumption of the receive end, and also reduce detection complexity caused by blind detection. In addition, attribute information of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), a start position of a time domain resource and/or a frequency domain resource occupied by the data channel, or a parameter in semi-persistent transmission (SPS) information is used to indicate whether the control information is carried on the data channel. In this way, the receive end can correctly receive the control information, and signaling overheads can be effectively reduced.

Method for sending and receiving control information, apparatus, and system

Embodiments of this application provide a configuration information obtaining method and an apparatus, which may be applied to a scenario in which a terminal device obtains an RNTI. The terminal device may be in RRC inactive mode. The method may include: obtaining a cell identifier, and obtaining first configuration information based on the cell identifier, where there is a correspondence between the cell identifier and the first configuration information, and the first configuration information is used to configure an RNTI; and performing one or more of the following operations based on the first configuration information: receiving downlink control information, receiving downlink data, sending uplink control information, or sending uplink data.

Configuration information obtaining method and apparatus

A network device sends downlink control information to a first terminal device. The downlink control information includes: time domain resource information, where the time domain resource is a time domain resource on which a first data channel is located; and frequency domain resource information, where the frequency domain resources are a frequency domain resource on which the first data channel is located and a frequency domain resource on which a second data channel is located. The second data channel is located on a time domain resource different from the time domain resource on which the first data channel is located. The first terminal device receives, on the determined time domain resource and frequency domain resource, a signal that is located on the first data channel and that is from the network device.
