The present invention provides an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a substrate, a first metal layer, a second metal layer, a pixel electrode layer, and an alignment identification terminal that are sequentially stacked. The alignment identification terminal is disposed in at least one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer, and is at least partially disposed in a sub-pixel electrode region. An arrangement of the alignment identification terminal is no longer limited by a narrow frame, and a size can be made larger to meet the needs of a CCD identification, ensuring an accuracy of identification and alignment.

Array substrate and display panel

A display panel and a display device are provided, and the display panel includes a circuit layer and a pixel layer disposed over the circuit layer. The pixel layer includes a first region used to form a first sub-pixel and a second region used to form a second sub-pixel. The ability of light to pass through the liquid crystal molecules over the first and second subpixels sequentially decreases. The circuit layer includes a driving circuit disposed opposite to the first region, and a difference between image brightness above the first region and image brightness of above the second region is within a predetermined range.

Display panel and display device

A display panel and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided. The display panel includes a backlight module, a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, a plurality of touch signal traces disposed on the first substrate, a common electrode layer and a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the second substrate, and a plurality of conductive primary spacers disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Two ends of the conductive primary spacers are connected to the touch electrodes and the touch signal traces, to avoid the shielding of the touch electrode signals by the common electrode.

Display panel and method of manufacturing thereof

The present disclosure provides a liquid crystal display panel and a display device. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a display region and a non-display region disposed around the display region, and the display region comprises a center region and edge regions located at four corners of the center region. Pixels in the liquid crystal display panel comprise a main-pixel region and a sub-pixel region, wherein the pixels comprise first pixels intersecting a boundary line between the edge regions and the non-display region, and at least two first pixels are symmetrical about a horizontal centerline. Brightness of an upper portion and a lower portion of the horizontal center line are same in the present disclosure.

Liquid crystal display panel and display device

The present invention provides a display panel including a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels includes a main region and a sub-region. Each of the sub-pixels includes pixel electrodes disposed in the main region and the sub-region. Each of the pixel electrodes includes a backbone portion and a plurality of branch portions connected to the backbone portion. One of the sub-pixels in each of the pixel units includes a shared electrode and a light shielding layer. The shared electrode extends from the main region of the one of the sub-pixels to the sub-region of the one of the sub-pixels. The light-shielding layer is disposed in the main region and the sub-region of the one of the sub-pixels.

Display panel

The present invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The array substrate includes: a backing plate, a TFT layer arranged on the backing plate, a protective layer covering the backing plate and the TFT layer, a color resist layer arranged on the protective layer, an organic planarization layer set on and covering the color resist layer and the protective layer, and a BPS light-shielding layer arranged on the organic planarization layer. The BPS light-shielding layer includes: a black matrix and a main photo spacer and a sub photo spacer arranged on the black matrix. The organic planarization layer is formed with a first recess in an area thereof that corresponds to at least a part of the black matrix and the first recess is filled up with the black matrix. By forming the first recess in the organic planarization layer and filling the first recess with the black matrix, the extent by which the black matrix projects beyond a pixel area can be reduced to prevent the black matrix from forming a barrier wall between sub-pixels that affects flowability of liquid crystal and to ensure the quality of a liquid crystal boxing process and the displaying performance of a device.

Array substrate and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention provides a method for bonding pins in OLB area, by forming via holes on the planarization layer of the OLB area corresponding to each pin, the subsequently formed connection wires connecting the pins through the via holes above the pins so that the corresponding pins being connected by the connection wires. As the connection wires completely cover the via holes above the pins, the problem of residual conductive material in the via holes during forming the connection wires does not occur. Compared to the known technology opening a large area on the planarization layer of the OLB area, the present invention avoids the conductive material residual at the bottom of the via hole on the planarization layer and related short circuit and poor display problems.
