An injection molding machine device includes at least two guide rods. One end of each guide rod is fixed to a rack, and the other end of each guide rod is fixed to a fixed base body. A movable base body is provided opposite to the fixed base body. The movable base body slides along the guide rods relative to the fixed base body. At least one correction mechanism is located between the movable base body and the guide rail to adjust a movement of the movable base body in a vertical direction. A predetermined clearance value and/or a predetermined contact force value exist between the components. At least one sensor is electrically connected to a controller. The controller correspondingly controls the correction mechanism by determining whether corresponding detecting values of the sensor match with the predetermined clearance values and/or the predetermined contact force values.

An electrical connector includes a body having an opening running vertically therethrough. The opening has a first side wall. The body further includes a recess concavely formed on the first side wall. At least one conductive terminal includes a base fixed to the body, a conducting portion connected to the base to be electrically connected to a second mating member, and an elastic arm connected to the base in the recess. The elastic arm includes a connecting section located in the recess and an extending section connected to the connecting section. Both the conducting portion and the extending section protrude from the first side wall toward the opening. The extending section has a contact portion electrically connected to a first mating member. In a top view, a first central line of the extending section and a second central line of the conducting portion are parallel to each other.

An electrical connector includes a barrel type terminal, having a first connecting area and a second connecting area. The first connecting area has a first non-soldering surface and a first soldering surface. The second connecting area has a second non-soldering surface and a second soldering surface. Each of the first and second soldering surfaces and the first and second non-soldering surfaces has a first solder layer. A sleeve sheathes outside the barrel type terminal, and has a first fixing area and a second fixing area. Two second solder layers are provided between the first fixing area and the first soldering surface and between the second fixing area and the second soldering surface. The amount of solder provided between the first fixing area and the first soldering surface and between the second fixing area and the second soldering surface is greater than that provided on the first and second non-soldering surfaces.

Electrical connector and manufacturing method thereof

A method for manufacturing an electrical connector, including: S1: providing a bearing tray, where the bearing tray is concavely provided with multiple holding slots at intervals; S2: providing multiple solders correspondingly placed in the multiple holding slots; S3: heating the bearing tray, so as to soften the solders; S4: providing an insulating body and multiple terminals disposed at the insulating body, where each of the terminals has a soldering portion exposed from the insulating body, and moving the insulating body and the terminals entirely to the bearing tray, so that the soldering portion of each of the terminals is correspondingly inserted into a corresponding one of the softened solders; and S5: sticking the solder to the soldering portion, moving the insulating body away from above the bearing tray, and separating the solders from the bearing tray. The electrical connector has good electrical connection performance.
