A filtering method includes the following steps: receiving an sound signal; decomposing the sound signal into a primary lung sound signal and a reference heart sound signal; adjusting the reference heart sound signal according to a weighted value to generate an adjusted heart sound signal; and subtracting the adjusted heart sound signal from the primary lung sound signal to generate a filtered lung sound signal.

Filtering system and filtering method

An Electrocardiography (ECG) noise-filtering device is provided in the invention. The ECG device includes a filter and a calculation circuit. The filter receives a first ECG signal and performs a Savitzky-Golay algorithm to generate a second ECG signal. The calculation circuit is coupled to the filter to receive the second ECG signal and processes the second ECG signal according to a Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT) algorithm to generate a noise signal, and subtracts the noise signal from the second ECG signal to filter the noise signal in the first ECG signal.

ECG noise-filtering device

A heart rate meter and a method thereof are provided. The method is adopted by a sensing circuit of a heart rate meter, wherein the sensing circuit includes a pulse sensor and a proximity sensor. The method includes: determining whether the sensing circuit is close to a neighboring object according to a proximity output signal of the proximity sensor; determining whether the sensing circuit is hung in the air according to a direct current (DC) output signal of the pulse sensor; and when the sensing circuit is close to the neighboring object and is not hung in the air, determining that the measuring circuit can measure an electrocardiographic signal of the neighboring object.

Heart rate meter and method thereof

A power management method for a health care device is included. The method includes: detecting whether a smart garment is in contact with a user body; operating the health care device in a normal mode when the smart garment is in contact with the user body, or operating the health care device in a low-power mode when the smart garment is not in contact with the user body; and under the low-power mode, detecting whether the health care device is tapped to determine whether to transmit user health data to a user device.

Physiological signal detection device

A Bluetooth communication system includes a remote device, having a first Bluetooth module, and a user device, having a second Bluetooth module, and communicating with the remote device through the first Bluetooth module and the second Bluetooth module in a link state. When the remote device and the user device are over a communication range, the remote device enters an access state. In the access state, the first Bluetooth module re-communicates with the second Bluetooth module by a link back mode in a first time interval and a standby mode in a second time interval and when the remote device comes back with the communication range, the communication with the user device is recovered.
