A pick-up device disposed between an input tray and a feeding path includes a paper feeding unit for feeding paper, a separation roller disposed opposite to the paper feeding unit, a blocking arm disposed between the input tray and the paper feeding unit and configured to be switchably disposed between a blocking position for blocking the paper and a feeding position for passing the paper through the feeding path, and a guiding arm disposed in the feeding path through a pivot shaft and having a guiding portion. The pivot shaft is located upstream of the separation roller, and the guiding portion is swingably disposed in a seam space formed by the paper feeding unit and the separation roller.

Pick up device for using in automatic feeder

A paper pickup mechanism includes a mechanical frame, a pickup roller module, a feeding roller module, a driving device, a separation roller module and an energy storage element. The mechanical frame has a platform. The pickup roller module is pivoted to and connected to the mechanical frame. The feeding roller module is pivoted to and connected to the mechanical frame. The driving device is mounted to the mechanical frame. The separation roller module is pivoted to and connected to the mechanical frame. The energy storage element is mounted between the mechanical frame and the separation roller module. When the separation roller module rotates together with the feeding roller module in a forward direction, the energy storage element accumulates energies. When more than one piece of paper is fed into the paper pickup mechanism, the energy storage element releases the energies.

Paper pickup mechanism

A paper outputting mechanism includes a frame, a motor mounted to the frame, a paper supply tray assembly, a gear assembly, a paper pressing element, a blocking element and a plurality of elastic elements. A rear of the frame has a receiving room, a front of the frame has a slope connected with the receiving room. The paper supply tray assembly includes a first paper supply tray slidably mounted to the frame and a second paper supply tray placed on the first paper supply tray. A gear assembly is driven by the motor, the gear assembly drives the first and second paper supply tray to move frontward and rearward. The paper pressing element is up and down movably mounted to the frame and located over the slope. The blocking element is front and down slidably mounted to the frame and in front of the paper pressing element.

Paper Paper outputting mechanism

An automatic gluing machine includes an automatic gluing mechanism. The automatic gluing mechanism includes a sleeve, a pushing component mounted to the sleeve, an assembling head, and a driving module including a gear module. The sleeve is equipped with a first sleeve gear. The pushing component includes a rotating body and a first rotary gear. The assembling head is assembled inside the sleeve. The gear module cooperates the first rotary gear to drive the rotating body to rotate bidirectionally. The gear module cooperates with the first sleeve gear to make the sleeve to rotate in a single direction. A rotation speed difference between the first rotary gear and the first sleeve gear is generated, so after every rotation of the assembling head, a single-direction rotation displacement of the assembling head is generated relative to a last rotation of the assembling head.

Automatic gluing mechanism and automatic gluing machine using the same

A separation function releasing mechanism includes a frame defining two activating slots at two opposite sides, a separating mechanism which includes a bracket pivoted to the frame and a group of retard rollers rotatably mounted to the frame, a group of separating rollers located under the retard rollers, and a pushing mechanism which includes a connecting element mounted in one side of the frame and capable of sliding forward and backward. Two opposite sides of the bracket protrude outward to form a pair of activating columns slidably located in the activating slots with the distal ends projecting outward out of the activating slots. A top face of a rear of the connecting element is defined as a slantwise pushing plane and a horizontal blocking plane in front of the pushing plane which are located under and in front of the activating column to work closely with the activating column.
