A magnetron mechanism of an unpowered treadmill contains: a driving body, a one-way transmission element, and a magnetron mechanism. The driving body includes a frame, a connection fence, a front wheel assembly, and a connection shaft. The one-way transmission element is mounted on the connection fence of the frame. The magnetron mechanism is fixed on the connection fence and includes a rotary shaft, a drive wheel, a driven wheel, a belt, a flywheel, a resistance element, and an adjustment unit. The resistance element has a pair of fixing sheets and multiple magnetic parts. Each of the multiple magnetic parts has a rotatable connection portion. The adjustment unit has a steel cable, an end of which is connected with the resistance element so that the steel cable pulls the resistance element to swing along the rotatable connection portion.

An automatic assembling system and method for camera lens units are provided. The system includes a main workstation, a barrel-feeding station, a lens-feeding station, and a camera lens-removing station. The method includes (A) operating a plurality of barrel-clamping units of the main workstation cyclically and intermittently along a feeding direction; (B) moving a plurality of barrels from a barrel standby area of the barrel-feeding station onto the barrel-clamping units in sequence; (C) moving a plurality of lens units from a lens standby area assembly of the lens-feeding station into the barrels to form the camera lens units; and (D) moving the camera lens units from the barrel-clamping units into a camera lens-collecting area of the camera lens-removing station. The steps (B, C, D) are performed in cooperation with the intermittent operations of the barrel-clamping units.

Automatic assembling system and method for camera lens units

A high precision molding device for insert-molding optical lens comprises a stationary sub-mould and a movable sub-mould for engaging with the stationary sub-mould thereby forming a mould cavity therebetween for molding an optical lens. The molded lens has a body and a protection ring extending outside from the body, and is separated from the stationary sub-mould together with the movable sub-mould. The movable sub-mould includes a mould base, a core fixed with the mould base and a pushing means for pushing the molded lens off the movable sub-mould. The pushing means is circumferentially positioned at the mould base. The upper and bottom surfaces of the protection ring of the molded lens form textures to be foggy.
