An electronic circuit includes a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) circuit, a sub-harmonic reduction circuit, and a voltage feedback circuit. The PWM circuit produces a PWM signal according to a voltage control signal, a current of the electronic circuit, and a maximum duty cycle. When the electronic circuit is operating in a peak current limit mode, the sub-harmonic reduction circuit generates a feedback adjustment signal according to whether the current of the electronic circuit exceeds a peak current limit, whether a duty cycle of the PWM signal is greater than or equal to the maximum duty cycle, whether the voltage control signal is controlling the duty cycle of the PWM signal, or combinations thereof. The voltage feedback circuit generates the voltage control signal according to an output voltage produced using the PWM signal, a value of a reference voltage, and a value of the feedback adjustment signal.

Sub-harmonic oscillation control in peak current limit mode switching system

A secondary side controlled control circuit for power converter with synchronous rectifier is provided. The secondary side controlled control circuit comprises a primary side controller and a secondary side controller. The primary side controller generates a primary side switching signal for switching a primary side switch of the power converter. The secondary side controller generates a secondary side switching signal for switching a switch of the synchronous rectifier of the power converter. The secondary side controller generates a primary side control signal to control the primary side controller for controlling the primary side switching signal.

Secondary side controlled control circuit for power converter with synchronous rectifier

The pollution detection circuit and the method detect an impedance of at least one data terminal for detecting the pollution occurring at the data terminal or the data lines. Pollution detection circuit for data lines and method thereof

A power converter and a control method therefor are provided. The power converter includes a transformer, synchronous rectifier and a control circuit. A primary side of the transformer receives an input voltage, and a secondary side of the transformer generates a sensing signal. The synchronous rectifier is coupled to the secondary side of the transformer. The control circuit receives the sensing signal and detects a changing slope of the sensing signal, and accordingly generates a control signal to control the synchronous rectifier to be turned on or turned off, so as to regulate an output voltage of the power converter.

An average inductor valley current mode voltage control device for a DC/DC converter comprises a sample-hold inductor valley voltage unit receiving at least two inductor valley currents of at least two consecutive cycles produced by the inductor and then converting the at least two inductor valley currents into an average inductor valley voltage; and a reference voltage generation unit connected to the sample-hold inductor valley voltage unit and a transistor switch of the DC/DC converter and receiving a voltage two times of an external voltage corresponding to two times of an average inductor current produced by the inductor, wherein a reference voltage is generated by subtracting the average inductor valley voltage from the voltage two times of the external voltage for control of the switching of the transistor switch of the DC/DC converter while a peak inductor current is stabilized at a designated value.

Average inductor current mode voltage control device and method

A variable reference voltage generation unit used in DC/DC converter includes a sample-hold valley inductor current unit electrically connected to a reference voltage generation unit. The sample-hold valley inductor current unit receives the valley inductor current and converts it into the valley voltage. The reference voltage generation unit receives and converts a current signal two times of a designated current into a voltage signal two times of a designated voltage. The voltage signal two times of reference voltage is then subtracted by the valley voltage to produce the new reference voltage to compare with an inductor voltage for controlling the switching of a switching transistor of the DC/DC convertor.
