A laser machining system and a method thereof are disclosed. The disclosed laser machining system comprises a laser generator, an array photo detector, a processer, and a position controller. The laser generator is configured to emit laser via a first light path onto a work piece. The array photo detector is configured to receive the thermal radiation from the work piece via a second light path, different from the first light path, to generate a thermal radiation image. The processor, electrically coupled to the laser generator and the array photo detector, is configured to calculate a temperature centroid of the thermal radiation image and generate a distance control signal according to the temperature centroid. The position controller, electrically coupled to the processor, is controlled by the distance control signal to make a present distance between the laser machining system equal to a working distance.

Laser machining system utilizing thermal radiation image and method thereof

A method of focus and a focusing apparatus and a detecting module are provided. The detecting module includes an ellipse curved-surface reflection device and a light detector. The ellipse curved-surface reflection device has a beam gate, a first focus and a second focus. A light beam is focused by a light focusing device, and is projected on a surface of an object to be detected through the beam gate. The ellipse curved-surface reflection device reflects the light beams reflected or scattered by the object. The light detector is disposed on the second focus for receiving the light beam reflected by the ellipse curved-surface reflection device to generate a detecting result, by which a distance between the light focusing device and the surface of the object to be detected is adjusted, so that the light beam is correctly focused on the surface of the object.

Method of focus and automatic focusing apparatus and detecting module thereof

An electromagnetic transmission device. A guide bar connects to a fixed base and includes magnetic-permeable material and a first central height plane. A coil connects to the fixed base. A support base movably fits on the guide bar. An annular magnetic member connects to the support base and is surrounded by the coil. A magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member is perpendicular to a moving direction of the support base and annular magnetic member. The annular magnetic member includes a second central height plane. The coil interacts with the annular magnetic member to generate a first force. When moving to separate the second central height plane from the first central height plane, the annular magnetic member interacts with the guide bar to generate a second force, driving the support base and annular magnetic member to move along a direction perpendicular to the magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member.

Electromagnetic transmission device

A voice coil motor. At least one guide bar is connected to a fixed base. A coil is connected to the fixed base. A support base is movably fit on the guide bar. An annular magnetic member is connected to the support base and surrounded by the coil. A magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member parallels a moving direction of the support base and annular magnetic member. The annular magnetic member includes a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole. The first magnetic pole is disposed in the coil and separated from the bottom thereof. The second magnetic pole is disposed outside the coil. The coil interacts with the annular magnetic member to generate a first force, driving the support base and annular magnetic member to move along the magnetization direction of the annular magnetic member.

Voice coil motors and pre-compression generation devices thereof

An optical device. A drive moving assembly includes a lens module and a drive coil. The drive coil surrounds the lens module and provides a central axis parallel to an optical axis of the lens module. A drive stator includes a housing, a magnetic member, and a yoke. The lens module is movably disposed in the housing. The magnetic member surrounds the drive coil and includes an opening. The yoke interacts with the magnetic member, generating a magnetic field. The magnetic member, yoke, and drive coil interact to move the drive moving assembly parallel to the optical axis. A brake coil is disposed in the opening. A braking resilient member is connected between the drive stator and the brake coil and disposed in the opening. The brake coil interacts with the magnetic member, yoke, and braking resilient member and detachably abuts the drive moving assembly.

Optical devices

An actuator including at least one moving body, at least one fixed body and a connecting member is provided. The moving body is suitable for moving along a direction, and includes at least one coil. In addition, the fixed body includes a permanent magnet and a yoke, wherein the coil is disposed between the permanent magnet and the yoke, and the polarity direction of the permanent magnet is parallel to the moving direction of the moving body. Furthermore, the connecting member is used for connecting the moving body and the fixed body. The actuator meets the requirements of miniaturization, low power consumption and low cost.

Actuator

An optical device. A lens module is movably disposed in a lens housing. A drive mechanism is connected to the lens module, driving the lens module along an optical axis of the lens module. A brake mechanism is disposed between the lens housing and the lens module and moves perpendicular to the optical axis, fixing and releasing the lens module. When the brake mechanism releases the lens module, the lens module moves along the optical axis.
