An electrochemical machining device includes a plurality of electrodes, a guiding member and a plate member. The electrodes are disposed around a workpiece. The guiding member is configured to limit and guide each of the electrodes to move. The plate member is configured to exert a force to each of the electrodes. The driving member is configured to rotate the workpiece. The plate member is connected to each of the electrodes. A force-exerting direction of the force from the plate member to each of the electrodes is parallel to a central axis of each of the electrodes or deflects off the central axis. Each of the electrodes is passed through the guiding member and configured to perform a machining on the workpiece which is rotated by the driving member, and each of the electrodes has an electrochemical machining direction which is perpendicular, oblique or parallel to the workpiece.

Electrochemical machining device

The present disclosure provides an electrochemical machining apparatus including a pressurized tank, a cap, a stabilizing plate, a guiding element, and an electrode. The pressurizing tank has a top surface and a chamber, wherein the top surface is disposed with an opening and a limiting portion. The cap fits in the opening and is limited by the limiting portion to seal the pressurized tank. The stabilizing plate is spaced from the top surface or the cap by a distance. The guiding element penetrates the stabilizing plate to connect with the cap and provides a channel to the chamber. The electrode is guided by the guiding element and penetrates the chamber via the channel. When the electrode processes a workpiece in the chamber during an electrochemical machining operation, the cap takes a pressure generated during the electrochemical machining operation, and the stabilizing plate stabilizes the electrode and the guiding element.

Electrochemical machining apparatus

A composite manufacturing method with extruding and turning process for extruding and turning a workpiece includes a clamping step, an isolating step, an extruding step and a turning step. The composite manufacturing method is used for manufacturing a surgical instrument. The clamping step is for positioning a clamping portion of the workpiece by a lathe chuck of the lathe apparatus. The isolating step is for blocking a lathe extruding force via an isolating portion of an extruding apparatus. The extruding step is for extruding a processing end portion of the workpiece by the extruding apparatus and generating the lathe extruding force transmitted toward a clamping portion of the workpiece. The turning step is for turning the processing end portion of the extruded workpiece by a lathe apparatus. The extruding apparatus is disposed on the lathe apparatus.

Composite manufacturing method with extruding and turning processes

An assembling surgical access device includes a flexible tube and a connecting structure. The flexible tube includes a tube body and a positioning portion connected to the tube body. The connecting structure is connected to the flexible tube, and includes a housing and a tube fixing member. The housing includes a side wall, an end wall, a fixing portion and a tube hole. The fixing portion is connected to the positioning portion of the flexible tube, and the tube body is disposed through the tube hole. The tube fixing member is engaged into the side wall so as to position the positioning portion between the end wall and the tube fixing member.

The chamber is connected with the body and used for accommodating a repairing material. The exterior tube is connected with the chamber. By using the threads of the screw rod and a driving force originating from the end of the screw rod, the repairing material is delivered into an organism.

An electrochemical machining apparatus for forming turbine blades includes a main base, an upper seat and an electrode unit. The main base includes a working platform for allowing a turbine blade to be placed thereon. The working platform includes an upper step stage for resisting the turbine blade, and a lower step stage for keeping a predetermined working space from a portion of the turbine blade desired to be cut. The main base has a guiding channel for allowing an electrolyte to flow through the predetermined working space. The upper seat is configured to cover above the main base and to contact one side of the turbine blade to form an electrical connection. The electrode unit includes an anode electrode electrically connected to the upper seat and at least one cathode electrode disposed on the main base.

Electrochemical machining apparatus for forming turbine blades

A spinal fusion surgery instrument for implanting and an intervertebral cage thereof are provided. The spinal fusion surgery instrument includes a body, a gripper subassembly, a first control subassembly, and a second control subassembly. The first control subassembly is provided to generate a displacement between a first connecting member and a second connecting member of the gripper subassembly to change the angle of gripper of the intervertebral cage. The second control subassembly is provided to enable a first gripper member and a second gripper member of the gripper subassembly separating smoothly from the dowel pins of the intervertebral cage. By means of the operation model, the spinal fusion surgery instrument may be controlled easily, and the orientation of the intervertebral cage may be promoted in the process of the surgery.

Spinal fusion surgery instrument for implanting and intervertebral cage thereof

An implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. An implanting apparatus used for implanting an intervertebral cage into a location between two adjacent vertebral bodies, wherein the implanting apparatus comprises a sleeve and an extension member. The extension member has a rod and a coupling column, wherein the rod is screwed inside the sleeve, the coupling column is connected to one end of the rod and exposed outside the sleeve, and the axial direction of the coupling column is substantially perpendicular to that of the rod. When one end of the coupling column is disposed on an inner arc surface of a connecting portion of the intervertebral cage and the rod is rotated with respect to the sleeve, the distance between the coupling column and the sleeve is decreased so as to clamp the connecting portion of the intervertebral cage between the coupling column and the sleeve.

Implanting apparatus and operating method thereof

A rear-retaining structure for dynamic hip screw (DHS) includes a retaining block and a positioning element. The dynamic hip screw comprises a lag screw, a sideplate, a sleeve with a higher orifice and a lower orifice, and a compression screw. The retaining block of the rear-retaining structure is attached to the sideplate of the dynamic hip screw by the positioning element. A stopper portion of the retaining block is located opposite to the lower orifice of the sleeve. The height of the highest point of the stopper portion in the lower orifice is in inverse proportion to the distance that the lag screw and the compression screw are allowed to slip back in the sleeve from an implant position to the lower orifice; namely, the higher the height of the highest point of the stopper portion is in the lower orifice, the smaller the distance for the slip back.

Rear-retaining structure for dynamic hip screw

An intervertebral cage, an implanting apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. The intervertebral cage for being implanted between two adjacent vertebral bodies includes a body and a connecting portion. The body has a lateral convex surface, an inclined surface, a lateral concave surface and a connecting surface connected sequentially. The connecting portion includes a main portion and a protrusion. The main portion connected to the connecting surface has a through hole. The protrusion is protruded from the main portion into the through hole to form first and second inner arc surfaces. The maximum width of the intervertebral cage is a distance between first and second lines. The first and second lines are substantially parallel to a tangent line of the lateral convex surface and the first line, respectively. The distance between the inclined surface and the first line decreases gradually along a direction away from the connecting portion.

Intervertebral cage and implanting apparatus and operating method thereof

A surgical clamp includes first and second supports respectively having first and second engagement sections. The first and second supports are pivotably connected at a connection by a pivotal portion such that the first and second supports are pivotable about a pivot axis extending through the connection. An opening is defined between the first and second engagement sections for receiving a bone of a patient. A connecting tube includes a first end fixed to the connection. A guiding tube includes an end connected to a second end of the connecting tube and is located in a central plane of the opening between the first and second engagement sections. The central plane includes the pivot axis and has equal spacing to the first and second engagement sections. A sliding rod is fixed to the connecting tube and includes a sliding groove slideably receiving a pole located on the pivotal portion.
