A packaged device includes a circuit board, an electronic component, and a heat storage portion. The electronic component is electrically coupled to the circuit board; and the heat storage portion is disposed on the circuit board or embedded in the circuit board, and the heat storage portion is adjacent to the electronic component, where a specific heat capacity of the heat storage portion is higher than a specific heat capacity of the circuit board, and the heat storage portion is configured to store and release heat. A heat storage material with a relatively high specific heat capacity is introduced into the packaged device, and the heat storage portion is disposed on the circuit board around the electronic component where a large amount of heat generated by the electronic component in a short time can be quickly stored in the heat storage portion and then released to the outside.

Resonant switched capacitor converter and control method thereof

A three-level boost converter and a control method. The three level flying-capacitor boost converter includes: an inductor, a flying capacitor, a controller, a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor as primary power transistors. When a voltage of the flying capacitor is less than or equal to a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor; or when a voltage of the flying capacitor is greater than a half of a bus voltage, a first driving signal is sent to the second switching transistor, and a second driving signal is sent to the first switching transistor. The bus voltage is an output voltage Vo of the three-level boost converter.

A backfeed soft-start circuit for a photovoltaic inverter is provided. The backfeed soft-start circuit includes a plurality of branch switches. A solar photovoltaic array includes a plurality of photovoltaic modules, where the plurality of branch switches are in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of photovoltaic modules, and when the plurality of branch switches are turned on, the corresponding photovoltaic modules are connected to the backfeed soft-start circuit; and a primary switching switch. The branch switches is connected to a corresponding photovoltaic module, and the primary switching switch. The primary switching switch is turned on after the branch switch is turned on.

Backfeed soft-start circuit for string photovoltaic inverter

This application describes examples of a direct current combiner box, a photovoltaic power generation system, and a fault detection method. In one example, the direct current combiner box includes a fault detection unit, a protection circuit, and a boost circuit. The fault detection unit detects an operating parameter of the direct current combiner box. The protection circuit sends a protection signal to the boost circuit when the operating parameter meets a specified condition. The protection signal is used to enable the boost circuit to adjust a first voltage of a photovoltaic array at an input end of the direct current combiner box to a second voltage. After receiving the protection signal, the boost circuit adjusts the first voltage of the photovoltaic array at the input end of the direct current combiner box to the second voltage.

Direct current combiner box, photovoltaic power generation system, and fault detection method

A packaged power semiconductor device includes a power semiconductor wafer, a heat conduction layer, and a heat sink that are sequentially stacked, and a sealing part configured to wrap and seal the power semiconductor wafer and at least part of the heat conduction layer. The packaged power semiconductor device further includes a pin, where the pin includes a connection segment wrapped inside the sealing part, and an extension segment located outside the sealing part. The connection segment is electrically connected to the power semiconductor wafer, and a shortest distance between the extension segment and a first outer surface is greater than a creepage distance corresponding to a highest working voltage of the power semiconductor wafer. This can avoid a creepage phenomenon of the pin by limiting a distance between the first outer surface and the extension segment that is of the pin and that is exposed outside the sealing part.

A bidirectional direct current converter includes a controller that controls a switching transistor in the bidirectional direct current converter to reduce an inductance of an inductor, thereby reducing a size and costs of the inductor, and further reducing a size and costs of the entire bidirectional direct current converter. The bidirectional direct current converter further includes a first switching transistor, a second switching transistor, a third switching transistor, a fourth switching transistor, and a capacitor. The controller is coupled to the first switching transistor, the second switching transistor, the third switching transistor, and the fourth switching transistor. The controller performs complementary control on the first switching transistor and the third switching transistor, and performs complementary control on the second switching transistor and the fourth switching transistor.

Bidirectional direct current converter and control method thereof

An energy storage system includes at least two power conversion systems PCSs, output terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected in parallel to connect to an alternating current power grid, and input terminals of the at least two PCSs are connected to an energy storage power supply. The first PCS is any one of the at least two PCSs. The voltage detection circuit detects a power grid voltage at a parallel connection point of the output terminals of the at least two PCSs. When determining, based on the power grid voltage at the parallel connection point, that islanding occurs in the alternating current power grid, the controller adjusts an angle of an output voltage of the first PCS to a reference angle, so that angles of output voltages of the at least two PCSs are the same.

A solar cell is provided, including a front electrode, a functional layer, and a back electrode. The front electrode is an electrode on a side of an illuminated surface. The front electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other, or the back electrode includes a high-conductivity region and a low-conductivity region that are adjacent to each other. The front electrode and/or the back electrode may be designed to be separated by region, and conductivity of one conductive region is designed to be higher than conductivity of the other conductive region. According to the application, a film rectangular resistance loss caused by large-scale non-uniform lateral transfer of a photocurrent is avoided, thereby improving photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell, and improving the cell comprehensive performance by flexibly selecting materials based on different requirements of different regions in different application scenarios.

The correlation coefficient is used to reflect a proportion of common mode noise generated by the second current, and the preset coefficient threshold is set.

Method for processing direct current electric arc and apparatus
