An anti-thrombotic and endothelialization-enhanced bioprosthetic valve material and preparation thereof are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: immersing a glutaraldehyde cross-linked bioprosthetic valve material in functional reagent solution for 1-24 h, adjusting pH value of the solution to 3-8, removing it from solution and cleaning with deionized water. The new valve material of the present invention can effectively reduce the toxicity and side effects of the existing glutaraldehyde cross-linked bioprosthetic valve material and effectively reduce thrombosis, along with enhanced endothelialization. The material prepared can be used for pulmonary valve, aortic valve, mitral valve, tricuspid valve, venous valve and other cardiovascular implantable medical devices.

A method for preparing a pre-loadable biological heart valve capable of rapid rehydration includes performing a cross-linking treatment, wherein a biological valve is cross-linked by soaking in an aqueous glutaraldehyde solution; performing a hydrophilic treatment, wherein the biological valve is soaked in a solution containing a hydrophilic molecule and a condensing agent, to allow the hydrophilic molecule to be immobilized on the biological valve by chemical grafting; and performing a drying treatment, wherein the biological valve after the hydrophilic treatment and the cross-linking treatment is dried to obtain the pre-loadable biological heart valve capable of rapid rehydration.

Pre-loadable biological heart valve capable of rapid rehydration and preparation method thereof

A bioprosthetic valve and a preparation method thereof are provided. The bioprosthetic valve includes a stent and a functional biological tissue material attached to the stent. The functional biological tissue material is a biologicaltissue covalently bonded with an active group and a functional molecule or group. The method improves the anti-thrombosis and anti-calcification functions by covalently modifying the surface of a biological valve using an active group and a functional molecule or group with a substantial degree of grafting. The new bioprosthetic valve does not include aldehyde residues, exhibits excellent biocompatibility, optimal mechanical properties, high stability, and can meet the performance requirements of a biological valve delivered through a catheter.

A pre-loadable dried biological heart valve and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: Step A: soaking a fresh animal pericardium in an aqueous solution of soluble elastin or glycosaminoglycan, and then subjecting the pericardium to a first cross-linking reaction in a mixed solution of carbodiimide or N-hydroxysuccinimide to allow the soluble elastin or glycosaminoglycan to bind to the pericardium via a chemical bond; and Step B: subjecting the pericardium after the first cross-linking to a second cross-linking reaction in an aqueous glutaraldehyde solution, and then drying the pericardium after the second cross-linking, to obtain the pre-loadable dried biological heart valve. The dried biological heart valve obtained by the above preparation method has good toughness, and is rapidly flattened out in a simulated folding and pressing test.

A recombinant human collagen-based multifunctional stent coating and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes (1) activating a substrate material; (2) placing the activated substrate material in an amino compound-containing solution for a reaction to obtain an aminated substrate material; (3) placing the aminated substrate material in a polyanion electrolyte solution for a reaction, and cleaning with deionized water. The recombinant human collagen-based multifunctional stent coating prepared by the present invention effectively improves the anticoagulation and rapid endothelialization performance of biomaterials, such as vascular stent materials, and reduces the late thrombosis and restenosis problems existing in current stent materials.
