Provided are mixed ligand metal nanoparticle chemical sensors in which metal nanoparticles are encapsulated by at least two kinds of different molecule ligands having a relatively low conductivity and various composition ratios, and a chemical sensor array in which a film of the metal nanoparticle sensor is formed on the substrate. The metal nanoparticle sensor using the mixed ligand improves sensitivity and reaction speed with respect to an analyte, and selectivity with respect to various analytes, and a kind and a composition of a ligand of the mixed ligand constituting the metal nanoparticle sensor are adjusted to allow the high sensitivity nanoparticle sensor to be applied to the sensor array technology, thereby enabling a design of sensor properties as well as systematic access to a configuration of the sensor array the most efficient for the analytes.

The present invention is directed to an improved multiplex PCR method for obtaining at least two PCR products from one PCR solution. In the multiplex PCR method for having at least two DNA amplified products from a sample positioned in a PCR equipment, the object of the present invention is to provide a novel multiplex PCR method characterized in that a primer annealing temperature and an extension time be changed per cycle with constant periods. When a multiplex PCR is performed in accordance with the present invention, limitations in determining PCR conditions due to a various sizes of PCR products or dimers caused by primers can be eliminated, and time and efforts required for determining the PCR conditions to various samples can also be reduced. Further, not only refined DNAs like cDNA, genomic DNA, vector, etc, but blood can be directly used as a multiplex PCR sample, and PCR amplification reaction can be performed even with a sample having the smallest amounts.

Because all mirrors are formed on a substrate, a manufacturing process is simple and an initial resonance wavelength can be precisely adjusted. Since the thermal expansion is generated by the electrical current directly flowing through the thermal actuators, it can be actuated by a low consumption power. Also, since an electrostatic force is not used to move the mirrors, a sticking phenomenon between the mirrors does not occur, and the wavelength can be tunable in a wide range. Since the planar mirrors are arranged in parallel, the light alignment is easily performed, the line width is constant and the insertion loss is low.
