A display device according to one or more embodiments of the disclosure includes a pixel circuit layer including a base layer and circuit elements on the base layer; and a display layer on the pixel circuit layer. The display layer includes a first electrode on the pixel circuit layer; an insulating layer on the first electrode; a second electrode on the insulating layer; a light emitting stacked structure on the second electrode and including a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and a light emitting layer between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer; and a third electrode on the light emitting stacked structure. The light emitting layer includes a two-dimensional material, is separated from the second electrode by the first insulating layer, and is separated from the third electrode by the second insulating layer.

The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for removing a carbon from an oxygen sensor. The device may include an oxygen sensor installed in a gas exhaust line of a vehicle to measure an oxygen content in an exhaust gas, a valve for transferring a high-pressure air flow to the oxygen sensor, a valve actuator for driving the valve, and a controller for controlling the valve actuator to open the valve when an abnormality occurs in the oxygen sensor. When the abnormality has occurred in the oxygen sensor, the valve for transferring the high-pressure air flow is opened, and a temperature of zirconia provided in the oxygen sensor is raised to remove a carbon deposited on the oxygen sensor.

A device for preventing dilution of engine oil includes an oil pan in which oil for lubrication of the engine is recovered with fuel. An exhaust purifier is provided on a rear end of the engine and purifying exhaust gas. A gas passage can guide flow of exhaust gas passing through the exhaust purifier to the oil pan. A gas valve can control flow rate of the exhaust gas flowing in the gas passage. A controller controls an opening ratio of the gas valve depending on a temperature of oil inside the oil pan to maintain the temperature of the oil equal to or higher than a temperature at which the fuel in the oil pan is vaporized.

An exposure apparatus includes a light source system generating light, an optical system controlling and patterning the light, a substrate system on which an exposure process is performed on a substrate by the patterned light, and a control unit controlling the light source system, the optical system and the substrate system. The optical system includes a chamber, a reflection member disposed in the chamber to control the light, and a first on-off valve installed on one side of the chamber opposite to the substrate system. The control unit controls the optical system such that the first on-off valve is opened during the exposure process and is closed during a cleaning process performed to the inside of the chamber.

A third compensation film is positioned on an outer surface of the second compensation film. A second polarizer is positioned on an outer surface of the third compensation film. The second compensation film includes a negative C-plate, and the third compensation film includes a biaxial film.

The display device includes: a display panel which displays an image; and a housing which supports the display panel, wherein the housing includes: a bottom plate which includes edge regions; and a plurality of sidewalls which are located on the edge regions of the bottom plate and face the display panel, wherein the plurality of sidewalls include a first region and a second region adjacent to the first region and overlap an edge portion of the display panel, and an average height of at least one of the sidewalls on the first region is greater than an average height of at least one of the sidewalls on the second region.

An apparatus for cleaning a substrate includes a suction unit generating a suction force, a suction head suctioning contamination particles remaining on the substrate that is transferred in a first direction by using the suction force, and a suction tube connected to the suction unit and the suction head so as to transfer the suction force into the suction head and providing the contamination particles suctioned by the suction head into the suction unit. The suction head may include: a plurality of suction regions arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a plurality of shutters for opening and closing the suction regions. The suction regions corresponding to a width of the substrate in the second direction are opened by the shutters so as to suction the contamination particles.
