An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a base layer, a circuit element layer, a display element layer, an encapsulation layer, and a sealing member. The circuit element layer includes a power supply line on the base layer and an auxiliary power supply pattern on and connected to the power supply line. The display element layer includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer, and a second electrode, which are sequentially stacked on the circuit element layer. The second electrode is electrically connected to the auxiliary power supply pattern. A display device may include a display unit disposed on a substrate and a mirror substrate facing the substrate with respect to the display unit. The mirror substrate may include a first mirror layer extending continuously on a surface of a transparent substrate and a plurality of mirror patterns on the first mirror layer. The first mirror layer is formed on both a region in which the plurality of mirror patterns are formed and a region in which the plurality of mirror patterns are not formed. External light is incident to and reflected by the first mirror layer, thus reducing an image haze and enhancing a display quality of the display device. Electronic apparatus with improved reliability

A unit pixel includes a circuit structure, first and second wiring patterns, an interlayer insulating layer, a planarization layer, and a light emission structure. The first wiring pattern disposed on the circuit structure has a first bump structure. The interlayer insulating layer covers the circuit structure and the first wiring pattern. The second wiring pattern disposed on the interlayer insulating layer overlaps the first wiring pattern and has a second bump structure. The planarization layer covers the interlayer insulating layer and the second wiring pattern and includes a via-hole exposing at least a portion of the second wiring pattern. The light emission structure contacts the second wiring pattern through the via-hole. The first and second wiring patterns and the interlayer insulating layer form a capacitor, the light emission structure includes an OLED, and the capacitor is directly connected to an anode of the OLED.

Unit pixel and organic light emitting display device including the same

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a display device includes a static electricity blocking circuit having a first conductive layer, a first semiconductor portion, a second semiconductor portion, a channel portion disposed therebetween, a first electrode connected to the first semiconductor portion through first signal line contact holes, and a second electrode connected to the second semiconductor portion through first power line contact holes. The first signal line contact holes are disposed closer to an outermost edge of the first semiconductor portion than an innermost edge thereof. The first power line contact holes are disposed closer to an outermost edge of the second semiconductor portion than an innermost edge thereof. The second conductive layer is closer to the innermost edge of the first semiconductor portion than the outermost edge thereof and is closer to the innermost edge of the second semiconductor portion than the outermost edge thereof.

A display device may include a display unit disposed on a substrate and a mirror substrate facing the substrate with respect to the display unit. The mirror substrate may include a first minor layer extending continuously on a surface of a transparent substrate and a plurality of minor patterns on the first mirror layer. A display device includes a display panel including a flexible region and a low flexibility region, wherein the flexible region may include a first transistor including a first semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, a first conductor connected to the first semiconductor layer, and a first interlayer insulating layer between the first transistor and the first conductor. The low flexibility region may include a second transistor including a second semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, a second conductor connected to the second semiconductor layer, and a second interlayer insulating layer between the second transistor and the second conductor. The first interlayer insulating layer may include an organic insulating material, the second interlayer insulating layer includes an inorganic insulating material, and a ratio of channel width to channel length of the first transistor may be different from that of the second transistor.
