Big data acquisition and analysis system using intelligent image recognition, and application method thereof are provided. The system includes an intelligent cloud server, wherein the intelligent cloud server includes a computation server and a storage server, the computation server is equipped with an image recognition system which includes a data reading module, a video stream data processing module, an AI image recognition module, a data storage module and a model tuning module, and the storage server is provided with a video stream storage database, a video stream management module and a data center database that are interactively connected. In embodiments of the present disclosure, consumers' non-private actual digital behaviors are restored to produce more commercial value. This process realizes real-time digital behavior analysis of consumers, enables business analysis to be closer to reality, brings more valuable analysis results to brands, and guides the brands to optimize consumption paths globally.

Big data acquisition and analysis system using intelligent image recognition, and application method thereof

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for detection of short circuit conditions in an LED array having one or more LED strings, each of which includes one or more LED devices. The method includes determining a minimum voltage that is the lowest of voltages associated with cathode terminals of the one or more LED strings. The method also includes determining if said minimum voltage is between a lower limit voltage and an upper voltage limit. If said minimum voltage is between the lower limit voltage and the upper voltage limit, then a result of a short circuit testing can be considered valid. Here, the short circuit testing includes comparing a sampled voltage associated with a cathode voltage of one of the LED strings with a short-circuit reference voltage.

A dimensioning apparatus for generating a dimensional drawing from a model includes an element database with predetermined element names. A plurality of model elements can be associated with corresponding element names. The apparatus also includes a model sectioning tool operable to section the model to thereby generate at least a portion of the model elements. The apparatus further includes a dimensioning tool with a plurality of predetermined dimension names and a plurality of dimensioning algorithms associated with corresponding dimension names. At least two of the model elements are utilized by each of the dimensioning algorithms to thereby automatically detect dimension values of the model. The dimensioning tool is further operable to associate the detected dimension values with corresponding ones of the dimension names. In addition, the dimensioning apparatus includes a plotting tool operable to output the dimensional drawing showing the dimension values of the model detected by the dimensioning tool.

Automated dimensional drawing generating apparatus

A computer-implemented-ergonomic system for designing manufacturing workstations is provided. The system includes a data store for storing a plurality of workstation templates. Each workstation template includes parameters for a particular type of manufacturing workstation. Additionally, the system provides a data store for storing vehicle data indicative of a vehicle to be manufactured in the workstation. In another aspect of the present invention, the system includes a configuration subsystem adaptive to receive vehicle data and at least one workstation template and operative to configure the workstation template for the vehicle. Additionally, the system provides a data store for storing ergonomic design rules that govern a design of a manufacturing workstation. The system further includes an evaluation subsystem adaptive to receive the ergonomic design rules in data communication with the configuration subsystem. The evaluation subsystem is further operable to evaluate a configured workstation template in relation to the ergonomic design rules.

Designing vehicle manufacturing workstations using ergonomic design rules

A vehicle package design system includes a data store of vehicle packages defined in terms of spatial dimensions relating vehicle hard points. A design engine adaptively renders a vehicle space based on a vehicle package, and, in response to user input defining a required change in a target spatial dimension, alters the target spatial dimension according to the required change, and alters one or more potentially altered spatial dimensions based on alteration of the target spatial dimension. A user interface communicates potentially altered spatial dimensions to the user, including indicating them as potentially altered according to alteration of the target spatial dimension. In further aspects, the user interface is adapted to accept user input expressing a desire whether to allow a potentially altered spatial dimension to change, and the design engine preferentially maintains some potentially altered spatial dimensions while altering other potentially altered spatial dimensions based on the expressed preference.

Knowledge-based system and method for automated vehicle packaging design

The present invention provides a method for evaluating a surface quality of a simulated stamping which includes the steps of obtaining a CAD model of a desired part, calculate and display at least one image of true reflect line on the CAD model, obtaining a blank mesh representative of the part before the part is formed, and processing the blank mesh with a springback simulation software to obtain a deformed finite element analysis springback blank. True reflect lines are then calculated and displayed on the deformed FEA springback blank, and the reflect lines are compared with the true reflect lines on the CAD model to determine variance of the deformed springback blank with the CAD model.
