A pin ( ) is inserted into the fastener and the bracket, for enhancing the engagement of the fastener with the bracket of the rear panel. Every expansion card is thereby firmly secured to the enclosure.

Computer enclosure incorporating fastener

A computer enclosure includes a chassis ( ), a first drive bracket ( ), and a second drive bracket ( ) secured in the chassis by a fastener ( ). A heat dissipation device ( ) includes a chassis ( ) and a fin member ( ). The chassis is formed as a single unit by extrusion, and includes a top surface ( ). Four parallel ribs ( ) are formed on the top surface. A pair of slots ( ) is difined in the top surface, adjacent the two outermost ribs. The slots are adapted for connection to a conventional fan frame ( ). The fin member defines four grooves ( ) and a channel ( ) therethrough. The channel is between the innermost grooves, and is adapted to interferentially receive a conventional heat sink clip ( ). The four grooves interferentially receive the ribs of the chassis, thereby securely attaching the fin member to the chassis.

Heat dissipation device

A panel and drive cage assembly includes a panel and a drive cage attached to the panel. The panel defines an opening therein for providing access to the drive cage. A flange extends about the opening of the panel. A number of fingers extend from the flange. The drive cage forms a number of protrusions to extend through the opening and contact the corresponding fingers of the panel for enhancing grounding.
