The bendable backplane structure includes a first flexible layer, and a metal layer which is disposed on the first flexible layer and includes a first metal section and a second metal section, wherein the first metal section includes a first extension, the second metal section includes a second extension, and the first extension is disposed corresponding to the second extension in a lamination direction from the first flexible layer toward the metal layer. The bendable backplane further also includes a second flexible layer which is disposed on the metal layer.

The third-stage pipeline unit is used for providing a second precursor and enabling the second precursor to react with the first precursor on the surfaces of the nanoparticles, so that a monomolecular thin film layer is generated on the surfaces of the nanoparticles. The second-stage and fourth-stage pipeline units are used for cleaning the nanoparticles and discharging the redundant first precursor, the redundant second precursor or reaction by-products.

A dynamically bendable display device is disclosed. When an external force is being applied, a bending angle of a first screen can be arbitrarily changed, and cylinders after bending are moving to push against each other. When stop applying the external force, a supporting force exists among the cylinders, thereby to enable the first screen to remain still in any state of bending, and to realize dynamically bending of the first screen.

Its ignition method is stated as: the control module of the engine controls the electromagnetic wave generation and, when the piston of a cylinder containing an air-fuel mixture moves to the preset ignition advance angle, the electromagnetic wave source is commanded to generate an electromagnetic wave at a frequency in accordance with the resonant frequency of the cylinder head at the advance angle. The electromagnetic wave is transmitted into the cylinder by the coupling module to create a strong electric field through electromagnetic resonance in the cylinder head and initiate volumetric ignition and bulk combustion of the air-fuel mixture inside the cylinder of the engine.

A defect relieving method for a floating gate is disclosed, which includes: providing a front-end structure, including an active region, a gate oxide layer on the active region, a mask layer on the gate oxide layer, a plurality of trenches penetrating through the mask layer, the gate oxide layer, and at least part of the active region, and a filler that is filled in the trenches; performing a first etching process to remove a first thickness of the mask layer between adjacent ones of the trenches; performing a second etching process to remove a remaining thickness of the mask layer between the adjacent trenches, and reducing a width of a portion of the filler that exceeds a top surface of the gate oxide layer, thereby an opening is formed; and filling the opening with a floating gate. The method increases the diameter of the opening, thus avoiding occurrence of voids.

A method for relieving a hole defect of a gate is disclosed, which includes: providing a substrate; forming a polysilicon layer over the substrate; forming a sacrificial oxide layer over a surface, that faces away from the substrate, of the polysilicon layer; forming a patterned photoresist layer over the sacrificial oxide layer; performing ion implantation by using the patterned photoresist layer as a mask; removing the patterned photoresist layer and the sacrificial oxide layer. In the method, before ion implantation, an oxide layer is formed over the surface of the gate, and is used to reduce affinity of the polysilicon and the photoresist layer. Afterwards, the floating gate is cleaned for many times, and hydrofluoric acid of an appropriate amount is added, so as to completely remove the photoresist layer and other residues while cleaning off the sacrificial oxide layer.

This method may increase the percentage of the display area of the display panel.

A method for alleviating an etching defect of a salicide barrier layer is disclosed. The salicide barrier layer includes a first barrier layer, a second barrier layer and a third barrier layer. When the salicide barrier layer is being etched, the third barrier layer is removed during first etching. In this case, the second barrier layer is used as an etch stop layer, and the second barrier layer is removed during second etching. In this case, the first barrier layer is used as an etch stop layer, the first barrier layer is removed during third etching. The salicide barrier layer is divided into three layers, the second barrier layer and the first barrier layer are respectively used as an etch stop layer, so that the third barrier layer and the second barrier layer can be prevented from being over-etched, thereby effectively avoiding defects caused by over-etching and alleviating device performance.
